I am ok for the idea and the cake should be delicious but.. how can we eat this ? Cut ? Cake is very high and big. A cake its make for eat not for look or decorate.
My english sucks i knw i am from french sorry.. x)

I agree but there are cream on each part, this type of cake should be cut in one layer. Its fort what i dnt understand that its ok

YAGURA S4L You're right! It is a very tall cake! It is important to refrigerate before cutting and use a big knife. Making a 3-layer or 2-layer cake is a great idea, too. Hope you try it and let us know what you think. Thanks for commenting!
