hello, I have purchased this vehicle and have a huge issue. everything is in chinese, even after asking the garage too change to english before shipping. can you please help me to change the language? I also have an issue too open the charging flap. is there a lock system preventing it to open. Unfortunately I cannot get someone in china to assist me. Can you please assist me or help me with a contact of a garage in china that could.. Thank you for your help.
@@水蛭o yes have purchased via an agent i china and have received the vehicle already. you will definitely enjoy driving the car. the car is in europe. it is definitely the first or only one being driven in europe.

I tried too contact AVATR directly, but o one responded to me. so i had to use a agent. they cannot help me further with issues and learning more about the car. can you please assist me with a direct contact with AVATR. thank you for your efforts.
