My man, I can't tell you enough how you have completely enhanced and improved the entire way I watch, play and learn playing pool. You make practicing so much more enjoyable!! Your passion for billiards is so easily transferred to the viewer. Your ability to teach is truly a gift. And I know each lesson takes you hours and hours to create. Don't EVER think your "Labor of love" is ever lost on your followers. You're awesome bro!
Make today a great day!
Cheers,
Shawn M.
Thanks a lot Shawn!
I love it when you teach us how to shoot shots in realistic situations. I (and my APA teammates) encounter shots like these regularly. Thanks again for your awesome channel!
Awesome Shots ! I would Appreciate it if you did a Series called " Speechless Shots " for us League players ( Defense shots & How to get out of Situations when people Hook you ) .. lol 🤣🤣
Sharivari you know what pool shot i like that leaves the opponent speechless....the opopponents ball is about 6 inches behind your object ball and you kick the cue ball off the rail into your object ball with righ or left english, depends where your object ball is
I’ve tried the double kiss several times and never been able to execute. Didn’t realize u needed bottom 🤷🏽♂️. Great video!
1:15 in and I'm subscribed. What a source of knowledge!
Great shots explained in a very easy execution methods. Love it 😍
I love this guy. Just a human encyclopedia of billiards knowledge. 🙌
he is mo match to efren bata reyes
@@joeldelacuesta5948 cool story, bro
Thank you for the lessons, as always!
Awesome thanks keep the videos coming!
Thank you for confirming that a small amount of cue ball spin is transferred to the object ball - in this case, backspin on the cue ball causing topspin on the object ball, helping the 9-ball into the pocket. I've known plenty of people who said this didn't happen but I have proved for myself before that it does, but of course only a small percentage of spin is transferred, but that can be the difference between making the ball or not.
Amazing shots, i am impressed, new for me the first shits in the video, thanks.
Thanks for upload mate keep up the good work
You do a very good job.
Please keep up the good work
Hi, awesome videos, thanks for your effort going into this. What cue, cue tip and chalk are you using?
As usual great knowledge.....
Good stuff thanks
I like those rail hop shots. It's a very creative way out of difficult situations (and really not expected by the most players, I think). Have never tried it, but I will find out if I can control this type of shot.
@Sharivari Do you play the rail hop with your playing queue? It worked for me with the break/jump queue but can't get the queue ball in the air with my playing queue (both wooden shaft).
Playing cue. Just try to hit a bit harder then.
Appreciate these vids there realistic alot vids ain't
I am learning a lot from your video thank you sharing 😊
Great shots. I tried to watch them frame by frame and found that there were very few actual frames in the slo-mo. I would love to see these recored at a much higher frame frate.
Good stuff!
Love your work
Excellent !
Now I have a pool table it really fascinates me how people realise this spin works on shots spin still really confuses me and always have left and right spin the opposite
Excellent
Excellent. 👍 (south paws are best🤗)
Nice!
When you say "my pockets are not that tight" what do they measure? I know the pro comp tables are mostly 4 and 1/4 inch these days.
If someone was buying a new table what would you recommend?
I'm going to have a go at this, I need to go and buy a pool table
Geez man I’m glad I can straightshoot without any side. And now you tell me I can master height and momentum to sidehop the rail. I have much to learn…
I noticed the diamond system in the rails. Did you add that yourself?
Amazing
Where can I buy the hash mark overlay that is on your table rails?
" my pockets aren't that tight " they are mahusive 🤣🤣
IKR? Looks like two balls will pass through side by side! Buckets.
Awesome 👍🇳🇿
pls tell me what is your favorite cue model brand lenght all the specs! 😎👍 i have a hard time deciding !! 😀
can you recommend to me a high quality tip(s) to go on my cuesoul cue its an 11.5mm tip currently standard stock tip on it
I live in Sao Paulo, which is on the opposite side of the equator from where this was made. Is it true we have to do the opposite aim and spin (english) of what you said because of the coriolis effect?
1:16 tiny tiny bit to the LEFT not to the right
I've used your tips to win quite a few APA matches
Awesome!
Tape with increments on your table? Called? And where can I find?
I don't understand why putting bottom will create follow through for the double kiss shot... Confused.
I tried the double kiss shot to make the ball in the corner pocket on a Diamond 9 footer with semi-clean balls and dirty/used cloth at least 30 times. It never went in. The table would not allow it. So, this shot is probably only possible with clean balls and fairly new cloth. You need to inform your audience of this and how the conditions you play on will affect shots. (I am an advanced player with a Fargo of 610)
I tried on a table I have access to that has a slightly smaller cue ball. When playing the double kiss pot, it won't go. If I use the yellow to pot the smaller cue ball instead, that seems to work.
hi!
what is the best cue to buy? i know you would say it depends of each player but what do you like most? carbon fiber? brand? 🤔
Okay, but first, you tell me the best food to eat, the best woman to marry, the best state to live in, the best job to have, and the best house to buy.
In other words, you answered your own question. Try a few out. You may be able to rent a cue at some billiard parlors. I started with a $100 McDermott. As my skills increased, I moved on.
I will tell you the best strategy for me has been the less deflection the stick has, the more forgiving for my errors, but the less you can do with English. So it's a trade-off. So I use 2 main cues. A Meucci for when I am in tune, and a Joss when I am out of practice. Lately, the Joss has been my go-to. Much better for longer shots, I just can't get as much action with it and it is also a bit heavier.
I am guessing you are a novice, so I suggest you start out inexpensive and work on your skills first. You can only be as good as your tools, but you need to walk before you run.
Do not be concerned with the players with fancy cues. That great looking $500 cue may give you nightmares.
Best of luck with your game!
On that 1st shot (the double kiss), perhaps adding a bit of left english to the CB would help spin the 9 ball into the pocket?
I've experimented with spin but didn't notice any positive effects. It even got worse because of the inaccuracy in aiming and because I couldn't hit maximum low anymore.
@@Sharivari Thanks. I'm going to try this with follow and side spin, and I'll let you know if that does anything.
@@Sharivari I messed around with follow plus spin, but it doesn't work, at least in the setup you presented. The funny thing is, I've sunk balls with double kisses, by accident! Naturally, when I try to do it on purpose, it's hard, lol!
Does anyone know what size tip Sharivari uses on his playing cue?
12.2
Buy a Supreme Winners table and try all these shots. They are used in official World 8 Ball competitions and are MUCH harder to do these kinds of shots on.
I see either valleys or diamonds for 8 ball tournament play what tournament uses supreme winners ? ( never heard )
Any snooker player looking at this is just thinking how huge is that pocket? And you have lost control of the cue ball to find yourself in that position in the first place.
希望之後有中文字幕!!
More like this contens
"My pockets aren't that tight"!
We know you have deep pockets.
Why not use the Masse shot for the first problem?
GOOD
I've done all of these before
That first shot looked like a scratch, is it possible to hit it softer to avoid scratch
if the angle is totally against you, on this shot you would actually hit harder and with enough spin to hit bottom rail first and not scratch. I used to train as a beginner with this shot but on the long side of the table where it becomes just about impossible, start with the 9 around 4-5 balls away from the further rail and move it closer to the rail with every successful shot. in my club we would call this a whip shot because you need so much spin the white actually slaps the 9 with just the spin effect, the touch is impossibly gentle the smallest fraction you can pull of without missing.
"My pockets aren't that tight "
This is almost-impossible. It is awesome when you make it, but "yeah right" about this being a thing you can watch on UA-cam and do easily.
THIS IS HARD, but also awesome, for those who can pull it off in crunch time.
Actually, those shots are not really that rare for me. I've been in a lot of situations like this while playing. Hopefully these tricks will come in handy next time.
Sharivari , Make a video with KO's Brothers...... XDDD
Does this work for 8 ball pool mobile 😂
I'm curious about that too. Is the physics of that game accurate?
@@gredangeo To vaguely answer your questions it depends. In 8 ball pool mobile, the white ball trajectory depends on the force you use and side spin only works after making a collision in the game as opposed to irl where the spin acts immediately.
I quit on playing but you keep on pushing me! Why?
✌🏻👊
you need to level up the table as it is running down to the corner you were hitting the first shots
Comment for the algorithm
Ur cue name plz
👍👏👏👏👏
This came up and I was too afraid to try it. I ended up missing trying to cheat the tight diamond pockets. Next time!
For those who are inexperienced
They are not pockets they are buckets
Great shots, but your sound quality is very poor.
First shot doesn't work in all tables tho.

Even with the economic fluctuation, and the downfall of some vital crypt0's I'm so excited I've been earning $45,000 from my $10,000 lnvestment every 10days.
