Its normal for your hair to fall out sometimes. But not if hair falls out a lot. My head itches too but just when im stressed or just remember that it exists.
1:13 I totally disagree, sleeping with open hair would cause waaay more split ends than sleeping in a protective hairstyle, bc of all the rubbing and friction, it also gets even more knotted.
No actually when I still had long hair I always slept in a pony tail and my hair was broken and thin but than I stopped and now my hair is much more healthy than before. So I recommend really sleeping with open hair it's healthier I know your hair will get knotted but atleast it's healthy!^^

No problem sleeping with cats on the bed. At the moment, I have one cat. She's very considerate and never wakes me up. Once I'm awake, then she wants attention, and not just to get fed. I keep a bottle of water nearby. Never would I do that with a glass of water. As for using technology and watching TV before I go to sleep, that's a habit I'm not ready to break entirely.

Once my cat was meowing at me when I was trying to sleep so I put a pillow over my head, after I did that my cat proceeded to fall asleep on the pillow above my head..... 😑😑😑

The video is not true. I've fallen asleep with my ponytail many times kinda tight high pony. I have enough hair to make extensions for 5 people and it's down to my hips now.
