Butter -1tbsp( for browning the rice)
Garlic - 1 bulb
Spring onion - one bundle
Onion - 1 medium sized ( cut into cubes)
Tender beans- 5 (thinly sliced)
Cabbage-1 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder-;1;tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp ( to balance the flavour)
Rice vinegar/lemon juice - tbsp
Soya sauce ( black) - 2 tbsp
