Sprouting Canna Bulbs

How I sprout Canna Bulbs for the garden. By pre sprouting the Canna Bulbs I know I will have an actual plant from a bulb before planting them out in the garden. Some bulbs may not sprout after over wintering so this ensures I have an actual plant when it comes time for planting out in the garden. It also gives the bulb a head start in early spring.
