Bruddahs, I swear I keep seeing the same thing everywhere in Hawaii not just in this video, even on a commercial scale Ginger farm on Kauai I seen em. All small kine gingers. The secret is put something on the ground surrounding it that absorbs heat, this can be floor tiles, black plastic, lava rocks, river rocks, or anything that absorbs heat. This same method applies to most herbs too like Rosemary if you want to grow a giant bush.
