So interesting. when I was a teenager, I read about posture and have since practiced it, largely because I was very depressed and did not want people to notice and ask me questions. Arnold is right - walking hunched does look down and miserable . It has served me well - I am now 62 and people have commented over the years on my straight posture
Thanking Grandma Claire for making me walk up the stairs balancing Funk & Wagnalls on my head. Both volumes. I have great posture. Excited for these!! Are you gonna go into J. P. Muller? Because Middle Son and I do those.
That was really interesting that Arnold had the same spinal recommendation. I see you were able to keep the heel of your palms together while your fingers were interlace behind. Did you find that relatively easy or a slight challenge? I ask because most of my adult female students (variety of ages) cannot do it. And when I was teaching in person (pre-covid) most of the men in class could not perform this action either; first due to muscle mass, second tightness in the pecs and rounded shoulders. Thanks for this video!
Hi Janel, I did not have a problem putting the heels of my palms together. Interesting that is a problem for some. I'm going to ask my wife and some friends to try it in the coming days and see if they have that issue!

I can easily all of these, except the first. I'm 57 and am a physical cultarist.
Fascinating! Thanks for such great information. What has your progress been?
Hi Cesar, we posted an update here: ua-cam.com/video/P-NjgGC7EJQ/v-deo.html
I wonder what physical therapists think about this.
I wonder too!
We’ve had at least one positive response from a professional physical therapist.
Love it! Next time, period dress please!!!
the guy in the mask ruins it.
