Colossus of Rhodes did not stradle the harbor. It has been determined by archeologists and historians that would have been impossible. It stood to one side. It was still impressively large, thought to be 30 stories tall by scholars.
I believe it was a mistranslation that gave rise to this idea of a harbour straddling Colossus.

other than the hanging garden which is controversial. the others have remnants of what is left of the structure and already proven by archeologists.

Of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, only one remains: the pyramid of Giza. You already know about the new world, but the last category is nature. The 7 wonders of the natural world are all geographic landmarks such as the Grand Canyon, Mount Everest, Victoria falls, The Great Barrier Reef, Paricutin, Harbor of Rio de Janerio, and Aurora Borealis

Krazy to think that all those buildings didn't decompose overtime.... once all the Pharaoh's fell all their buildings and stuff was stolen....for example the people of Egypt around a couple hundred years they took the limestone, most of the gold from the pyramid and used it to build their own houses..
