I never get messed with and mine is very loud since i run a free flowing bulldog pipe on it. I respect everyone and use common sense and i have no problem. You can't ride on bike paths in California, but you can in bike lanes. Electric bikes are allowed. 30 max, obey safe riding on the right lane or side of the street, must be licensed, 4hp, must have operative pedals, no shifting , no insurance needed.
