I shot the Forgotten Weapons night vision match this year; there was a Marine on our squad who did a lot of infantry train-the-trainers stuff. His hot take, which I agree with, was “I don’t care about having a light rifle.” I agree, all things being equal lighter weight is nice but I’ve never seen a dedicated light weight setup that wasn’t very compromised with something like a microprism as the only optic or no attempt at signature reduction. Yes, my LPVO is heavier than a prism sight, but I have a native 1x for rapid shooting and 6x for more precise aiming.
A great video on bringing some nuance to to the weight and balance discussion. 10/10!
Brother I am a nurse also and I truly appreciate your videos
NWP 🤙 Thanks man !

Great video man
Just a correction. A block 2 with sopmod stock, elcan, peq, light and rc2 are well over 9.5 lbs
I wonder what “stoner would do” after a tour in combat :)
Be blown away by how capable modern rifles are (probably)
Great content homie
Appreciate it brother 🤙

We need a video in that laser
in the works as we speak, initial impressions are quite positive.
