We heard some reports about this place being very secure and patrolled by Military police!
And every video I've seen of the place ends up with a visit from them or security!

Was there other people around there? at time stamp 5.33 when you looked into the window I could hear what sounded like girls or women gigging , great explore hope the house gets used in the future and not rot away.
Real shame you guys didn't get to see more as it looks amazing. I would seriously think about going back and approaching a member of security and tell them about your channel and what you do . You never know they maybe willing to show you around. It would be amazing if you could find out more about the location of the tunnels

This has been done before and the “alarm” was going off all the time they walked around inside of the building. They went up that main staircase the one with the large wooden knights etc on the newel posts and there was some story about them I ‘don’t remember’ that well nowadays but it was a great place the MOD should be shot for just abandoned this place and leaving until there is a strange fire one night and the place burns to the ground.

Wow what a big place, I just find it hard to believe about those stupid sensors but when you went in alone, I’m like omg that place is like a shady but not sure why there was bed there but amazing it was pretty clean, when you heard something from that one room, I just hope it was a bird otherwise nothing came out of that room, strange and too bad you couldn’t have one more person come with you, it is hard when you need those guys outside to look out for anything so they can alert you, did the military police came or noting seems to bother. I kind of wonder if this place is haunted, like you said you got spooked lol. Great video, I love it ♥️

Holcroft was the head of the nuns and Le Jeune was the chaplain . All the dames were senior nuns along with the sisters who were all part of St Mary’s Abbey in Bergholt.
They’re moved to Stanbrook Abbey.
There are photos of them online when they were alive.
Le Jeune was an eccentric and refused to partake in the war due to objecting out of conscience and was looked down on by his senior priest.
Such a shame and so sad to see them buried in a forgotten patch with their tombstones overgrown with weeds.
I would have loved to have cleaned them all.

Wow !! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time you were in the building , when the alarm went off and you started to get out there were too many halls and rooms to choose and little time to make the proper choice . You also took a very big chance going up that ladder to look into that water tank . I have to say a big thank you Alex and to the rest of the crew , there was definitely security on the property so the risks you took were very high . Awesome! My Dad's ancestral family owned a mansion on a smaller scale just like that called Keele Hall in the UK. It's now part of Keele University. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keele_Hall
My sister has visited it but I haven't. We all live in Australia. Shame you couldn't get into the main house. The newer building had a sort of Frank Lloyd Wright look about it.
