First structural changes that i have noticed is the huge driveway for parking.Omg the space is so huge enabling ample space for multiple vehicles and the space is also unique because of the amazing ceiling, the chandelier and the flowers one can even hold gatherings here or events. Secondly the huge windows across all the rooms makes this house outstanding giving it a warm vibe especially at the family living room.Large windows can serve as a focal point in interior design, allowing for creative layouts and decor that highlight the views and natural light. The huge windows have also enhanced promoting well-being by allowing residents to enjoy outdoor scenery and sunlight. I have also observed the office room gorgeous and fantastic, and you can get garden views without being distracted it's very comfortable. You can control electricity from the office room if you're working and need peace. The house also has good Craftsmanship and beautiful water features. The 4th bedroom has an amazing circular gypsum design with a Huge balcony out with a good view. The Living room has good fine urban interior design that is eye-catching. Dinning section is unique. It's near the kitchen and at the kitchen there is a storage for putting things you do not need and the kitchen space is also big making one to enjoy cooking.The Stairways are also a vibe. The first thing that stands out about this Mansion is the facade. I love the floor to ceiling windows that gives it natural light.
On to the first point, there is a wall that has been revamped with paneling for utensil storage or any other thing that might be far from the living room
Secondly The master bedroom now features a walk-in closet, converted from a balcony. That counts as a structural change
Third is the green space just below the staircase. That wasn't there before but since we are promoting the green culture it was well placed
Fourth is the pool area giving multiple options for relaxation area compared to how it was before.
Fifth is the addition of the entertainment area right above the pool house

By closely examining the two videos I've come to love the second amd the latest one in the video.
It has very many outstanding and brilliant features unlike the first.
First the partitioning of the bedroom upto the Master bedroom brings alot of composure and uniqueness is brought with it.
The house is super-functional with spacious dining and living room well arranged also unlike on the first one.
The staircase is what left me amazed since it has brought out technology at its best. The proposed plan if goes well then the staircase will redefine the house to be an awesome one.
The incredible views of the compound is brought heartly by the clear windows.
On the balcony it brings out a pinfold expression of the pool area and the steam has been allocated a very accurate position which is spacious.
The only problem to me that was in my mind was the glass showers which doesn't bring out much privacy.
Everything else in the house was worked out perfectly by your full-of-ideas craftmen and women.
So much features to also identify from this mansion but I'm dearly waiting for the final results sooner.

1)For me the very key and obvious structural change comes just beneath the staircase where we have the greenspace that wasn't there before
2)Then we have ceilings being done again on the upper floor and fitted with gypsums to accommodate lighting features
3)The walk in closet in the master bedroom is a very significant structural change in this beautiful mansion. From a balcony to that is really beautiful
4)The swimming pool has also been rearranged. I'll say that because it now has 3 different sections unlike before
5)The perimeter wall just next to the pool is also fitted with new design unlike before.
6)The pool house now has an extension of the changing room that wasn't there before
I love that Fine urban understand that building a home is more than just constructing walls and a roof. It’s about creating a space that reflects personality and fulfills the clients every need. I have just finished watching all the three videos about this Karen mansion and to be honest the progress is a lot. Some of the things I noted:
1. The going green initiative - I love how Fine urban has replanted most of the greenery in this house so it adds to the textures and colors of the house which makes it so inviting. I can’t wait to see the huge impact of what the indigenous plants will add to the visual experience of this entire house
2. The smart and sustainable solutions. In the previous videos Bernice and Mwenesi would open the door physically but now the door is automated. I love this feature because it allows the client to step into the future and which will become even more beneficial when they are old
3. The hallway- the wooden floor boards have been removed and there is now a greenspace under the stairs.
4. The water feature that willl be added outside near the hallway and also at the front farcade
5. The master bedroom has been upgraded with a walk in closet which was previously a balcony. This will enhance the bedrooms’ elegance and functionality
6.the addition of the gym area above the pool house. This design maximizes the use of the vertical space and creates a unique and functional fitness area with a stunning view of the pool
7. The customized cabinetry in the different rooms. The craftsmanship that went through the paneling is so exquisite. The skill ,the time and attention to detail is amazing. This is the reason why Fine urban projects are long lasting
8. The home office has a beautiful gypsum ceiling,beautiful amazing panels and cabinets. The design and details of this room adds so much character in a subtle way
9.the addition of the steam room, this feature elevates the luxurious feel of the mansion and it provides a relaxing amenity for the occupants
10. The pool area which has transformed from a single large expanse into a well partitioned designated space . It now includes a jacuzzi and a lounge like area near the pool. This redesign elevates aesthetics,ambience making it more inviting to socializing and relaxation
Overall, I can’t wait to see the final look of this project. Fine urban definitely understands the assignment. This home will not only be functional but very aesthetically pleasing. The attention to detail is amazing and it makes this house stylish,modern and timeless
This tranquil feature from Fine urban is a long lasting picturesque Mansion ever.
At first I thought the outside looked breathtaking till I saw the Inside.
Every feature is such in a way that makes the potential buyer admire the place.
What still ring in my mind is the upcoming water feature and sculpture that you plan to introduce. That is actually a brilliant idea.
The driveway brings a picture in mind of how luxury and wealth should feel like.
It brings all of what you should experience in your days of youth and when on your 60s.
I loved the perfect positioning of the dining section near the living room.
The staircase is just prinstine and eloquent. The basketball feature on the 3rd bedroom is what I can propose the local artillery to the place. Get a picture of someone like 'Kareem Abdul-Jabaar'.
Everything here is just breathtaking and wonderful with the best brilliant ideas of nature, serenity and Craftmanship.

First the house is just perfect 👌 it looks like paradise and the things that makes it more perfect compared to the other houses are;
1.Water features at the entrance it's a unique feature which makes the compound lovely compared to the other houses where at the entrance you first see green garden i mean the water feature separates it from the rest😊
2.the windows in this house starts from up going all the way down which brings more natural light inside the house compared to the other houses where the windows aren't that big and they limit natural light from getting inside.
3.The kitchen which is one of the important room in the house.the other house has open kitchen while this house house two sides it also have a chef kitchen which makes it perfect because you won't make the whole kitchen a mess when cooking atleast the other side will be clean and can be used as a serving area and it prevents the smoke from the kitchen from spreading all over the house 😂
4.the other mansion has no hall way while this has two hallways down stairs and up stairs.the up stairs hallway it's perfect since you can be able to see outside the house and anyone one at the door ❤.
5.Now the balcony ❤this house has a very spacious balcony which makes it suitable for alot of activities.you can arrange your chairs anda coffee table where you can just chill there and chat with anyone,the kids can also get a space to play compared to the other house where the balcony is a little bit limited yk because of the space
6.the pool which is a fun area it's just perfect 👌 I mean there is a gym area on top of the pool house it has entertainment room and also the jacuzzi. First look at it,i almost thought its the namanga project interms of front design.FINE URBAN PROJECT always have a unique entrance with garden and the water feature is almost like a trademark for them as it was not there at the beginning,with a norm in gorgeous sculptures in fine urban construction projects just makes it phenomenal💯

For me the features that make this mansion stand out from the previous ones are;
1. The theme of openness, each room and corners are easier to access and very spacious.
2. The big windows for me is a 10/10 because I love it when the natural light comes in and just before forgetting we will have saved on electricity bills with a huge percentage ❤

Every idea that has been invested in this project has on it own stood out and uniquely implemented, always learning something new from every episode of fine urban and construction 🚧 💯🌹.
The office room has structural changes such as the gypsum ceiling design and also the addition of customized cabinetry that helped to hide some of the features in the house. This stood out because there is sufficient space to store your work staff all in one room and also one can literally control everything from the office, you will save on time for moving from one place to another.
There is a change of structure below the staircase in the hallway where you have added a partition for a green space for addition of greenery. This stood out because you can never go wrong with addition of nature 😉 into the 🏠 house.
In the master bedroom there is a change in one of the balcony where you have turned it into a walk-in closet with an addition of a sky light from the top that adds in natural light in the room. This just stood out on its own 🔥.

I will first go with the master bedroom that had experienced a structural change in it's closet area the walking closet. That place has received huge change from a balcony to the great walking closet.
The office space compared to the one in the last video of this house has also received some good modifications
The most seen one is that room on top of the pool are house that's now converted to a gym area. Initially it was not there
There is also an extension of the pool house which has given room to the changing space.

1.Green space under the staircase.Originally,there was nothing under the staircase which didnt bring out the nature aspect but i loved the fact that they have been able to add a greener space below the staircase considering its a going green initiative that not only captures ones eye as they walk right into the door but also brings out a calming and relaxing atmosphere.This stood out for me❤
2.The ceilings in the different rooms have also been designed with a gypsum touch to bring out the luxurious effect.What really stood out for me was the family room.The bentley lighting enhance the living experience and just create a cozy,serene and beautiful space.No one wants to live in a dull room.This brings out the elegance and it really feels like home to me.The floor to ceiling windows are also huge enough to allow enough light into the house.
3.The master bedroom has been revamped to accommodate a walking closet.Initially,it was a balcony but i loved how they put the space into use. As one walks right into the room,it feels like home.The natural lighting on top plus huge windows to allow enough light are just top notch not forgetting the rotating shelf and cabinetry to store things seasonally and this means more useful use of space.
4.The pool has some amazing features that also stood out.Initially,it was just one big pool but i loved how put that space into use to accommodate a jacuzzi and pool.Swimming doesn't have to be boring 😂.The keyboard features bring out the aspect of musicality and just add the taste and playfulness to it.
5.The pool house has been expanded to accommodate both ground and first floor.Initially,it was just the ground floor with a pool house but i loved how they added a structural space where the first floor accomodates a bathroom,steam room,changing room and a gym.This reduces the back and forth movement in the main house cause it is accessible from the outside.
6.The display shelf also stood out for me.Initially,it was just a large dull brick that didn't bring out the elegance or uniqueness.I loved the fact that it was transformed into something useful.As one walks right into the door,they can immediately spot it.I could use the display shelf to store memorable photos of my family,books,art plus cutlery to ease the movement in the house or kitchen.

For instance, at the entrance of the house there is provision for a water feature which would give one a calm and welcoming atmosphere as they enter the house. It does not stop there.. as you walk straight into the hallway just under the staircase, Fine urban interiors plan to place indigenous plants creating a natural indoor environment. Additionally, there are plans to plant a tree outside the family room, ensuring continuity of the greenery. There is another water feature that would be visible from the first bedroom, enhancing the sense of tranquility and connection with nature throughout the home.

The Deerpark Karen project has undergone trendemous progress from the previous video in which Mr Mwenesi Musalia was the host.
First and foremost the entrance of the house was previously occupied with some flowers and trees which have now been removed to create space for a water feature and a sculpture. I can only imagine the impact of these 2 as you enter the home...so welcoming
Installation of the gypsum ceilings is another major change spotted in the latest video. I cant wait to see the end product 🎊 particularly the integration of the Bentley inspired lights designed to be fixed in the family room.
The room that was once a patio has now been converted into a beautiful office space with a garden view. The large windows are not only aesthetically pleasing but also add to the functionality of the space as they allow natural lighting to flow in the room.
The pool has been given a well thought makeover incorporating a jacuzzi and a lounge section next to it serving as both a relaxation and catching up area.
There is an addition of a walk in closet in the master bedroom from what used to be a balcony. This structural change stands out as it has changed the outlook of the bedroom while at the same time maximising the available space. There are also unique touches by Fine urban interiors including the customized headboard which give the bedroom a personalized feel.
Lastly the gym area on top of the pool house is a fantastic idea. The 6 major structural changes i noted are:
1. Introduction of the water feature and sculpure at the entrance of the house. These features will definitely bring an aura of tranquility and charm.
2.Demolition of the wall that was initially between the living and dining room and replacing it with customized panelling. It stands out for me because it brings out a personalized touch.
3.I noticed that the patio was converted to a beautifully curated office space opening to the garden. The office is spacious, fitted with unique cabinetries and huge windows to ensure good lighting. This change demonstrates good use of available space.

There have been some incredible changes in the latest video compared to the previous one. Here are the six major structural updates that caught my eye:

I'll just go straight into it. There's the water feature right at the entrance which is not in the previous video but in the recent one it's been installed but still a work in progress
Just below the staircase there's a change that has been made to give space to the green effect. In the previous video it's not there.
We have the smart home feature that
has been installed which is missing in the first construction. The main door access is smart controled
The big bedroom or as you guys call it now has a massive closet. There was a balcony that has new been modified to fine walk in closet.
There's the TV area the family room has been modified with good panels giving it a prestigious look compared to the previous video
There's a part of a wall right next to the staircase that has also been brought down partly and some attachments done to it.
All these modifications are just perfect.

I've watched this masterpiece and rewatched it just to ensure that i get it right with the structural differences between the previous and this latest video. We have changes made both in the exteriors and interiors of this lovely mansion. I'll start with the most unique ones that are not easy to miss
The pool house has an extension on top of it. The massage and gym room was not in the previous video but it's an added structure in this latest video
We didn't have a changing room before at the pool house but now there's an extension of the pool house giving room to the changing place
The pool itself has had some rework now there's levels to it. The jacuzzi and the other three sections of the pool. Which are totally different from the initial pool setup.
All the bathroom in this mansion have been reworked and done to perfection and old designs are being replaced with Modern bathroom fittings
This mansion didn't have a walk in closet in the main room that is tha master bedroom but now from a balcony to a walking closet. That is really special there
Gypsums have been done all over these ceilings giving a very beautiful view with the chandeliers and many other amazing work done on this art of work.

I've watched both videos and there's a really huge structural difference in that development now these structural changes are very evident and I'll start with the most obvious one.
We have the gym house that is right on top of the pool house now that wasn't there before. It brings out a significant structural change too
There is a staircase adjacent to the perimeter wall that gives access to the gym area. That staircase wasn't there before but now it's there.
The steam room also constitutes a change in terms of structure because it wasn't there initially but with the new development a steam room is evident.
There's also the changing room right next to the steam that has also been added to the new development.
I look at the pool too and it's structure is completely changed into 4 segments removing the monotony of one large area.
Then right in the main house a change that I can't miss is the walk in closet in the master bedroom. That is massive and I really appreciate you guys for the fine work you guys have done to that master bedroom walk in closet.

The Bentley inspired has so much natural lighting as compared to the ultra luxurious one with minimal natural lighting and a brigher artificial light.
Other structural change is in terms of a fireplace this has none as the place is urban unlike the other one in rural place.
The washroom is also a change that has definitely stand out to me. The glass one camnot be compared with the previous which had tiles all over.
The rotating shoe feature in the closet brings much display and kind of shoe for every occasion. This feature is of high end thinking capacity and deserves much appreciation.
The go green initiative has also stood out in this Bentley inspired mansion towards caring of the environment and bringing nature closer to our lives.
The high ceiling and chandelier also with gypsum incorporated lights is the one that I can't stop imagining how it will look like once the house is complete. I loved the brilliant idea of bentley lights in the ceiling as is defines how luxury and comfort should be.
The bathroom is not a larger one unlike the previous one as the echo tells how big the bathroom is.
