I love, love this perfume!!! I get lots of compliments. Whenever I enter a room everybody would be asking what scent I wear. The other day two women even followed me down the hall to ask me what perfume I have on. It lives to its name, fresh and wonderful! I wish it comes in a bigger bottle. ❤❤❤

As a guy I think the original chance smells the best in this line, but this is my 2nd favorite. For a woman of course.

This is interesting I didn't know they released an edp version and weird that it smells soapy/shower gel because I've been wearing the edt for maybe 10 yrs now & it lasts so long with clothes and hair but edt on skin is similar to what you said with the edp.
Also it's interesting for people to say that's it's very masculine but it's quite lemony on my skin and it definitely gives off more of a feminine (with depth) side compared to say 34 st. Germaine of Diptyque. Although for context, I am more into unisex/aldehyde/clean, woody scents so it is quite subjective.
How long is longevity on your skin? On me only,last an hour,after an hour is non existing

Ufff Ladies and Gents, if you own Erba Pura and the new'ish Chance eau Fraichè EdP; you HAVE TO layer those two, im telling you, this is such a stunning, intoxicating, yet very classy and seductive, sexy scent (as a stand alone fragrance i dont wear Chance at all, but its so, so good for layering if you want a classy, unisex citrus:), God on Fire layered with Erba Pura is stunning too, but with Chance eau Fraichè, it feels that I get the best out of Erba Pura with this combo, and I layered Erba Pura with sooo many fragrances, bcs it's one of my top 3 summer citrusy-fruity fragrances of all time......

I tried the original Eau Fraiche a few years ago and even though I loved the scent on paper and in the air, on me it turned quite masculine (the teakwood note I'm assuming) and I ended up smelling like I was wearing a classy casual men's cologne lol. Not really interested in trying this version since that happened with the original but good hearing your take on it!
I just tried a sample and do not like it, I do like other Chanel perfumes though.
Oh my! I thought im mistaking myself, it also turned like a masculine scent on me. And also on the bottle itself after few weeks.. When i first smell this in the store with the paper, its like a classic feminine green scent. But it really changed after i bought it, i even wondered if i got a mens fraiche, but there is no mens version for this as i discovered.
The longevity though is very good. Morning til evening i can still smell on my perfume points.
@@Cianna88 Yes, it's definitely in the unisex category in my opinion. It's a shame, too, because although I don't mind some unisex scents, this one turns too much like men's cologne on me that I feel uncomfortable wearing it.

I was shocked to learn something about the big name frags at arguably the biggest Niche store in Canada. The 3 to 5 main(best) notes of these frags are replaced with SYNTHETICS !!! I am in a city with over 2 million people. You can get big name colognes in MANY drug stores, gas stations, etc like Dior Sauvage, Bleu De Chanel, Tom Ford, Initio. I saw Dior bottles and Bleu De Chanel in a vending machine! Also they are all over airports. He/she said ambroxan is amped up sooo much like msg for food. The store gets asked all the time why many designer frags are not on the shelf and the response is on a website now to save time explaining. Pre Estee Lauder takeover they were all over her shelves. I, like many, smell BDC and Dior S. and find it just ok. The reason some on youtube still say it is the best ever is they get free bottles TO SELL and make $. I was floored.

This is so similar to other citrus scents I own plus within the hour you can barely detect it. Not worth the $.
