Its not the kenner days.... no longer 1977. ITS 2016, they need to reduce production on 5POA and give us articulated vintage collection style figures again!

Just because your into figures are 5poa that does not mean they can’t stop making SA 3.75” for TVC. I thought most fans prefer figures that are highest articulation. Today’s people should of learn to get to know them and get into them.

I hate how we don't have an amazing line of 3.75inch figures. The Vintage collection is a peek we have never got again. I do like the 5poa ones especially the Unmasked Kylo. But I really do wish they were cheaper and didn't come with all the crap. I wish they were like $5 and like $10 two packs. Then I would buy the hell out of this line. But the character range they are making is pretty great.

Its not a great line in general tho there are few new figures and tons of repacks. I haven't even been able to get the TFA ones her in the UK yet.
The initial repacks are kind of lame, but the newest repack wave with Ahsoka, Royal Guard, Lando, and Ackbar is fantastic.
Yeah I agree I wanna get the Royal Guard and the Lando. A shame that is the last wave tho.

There called action figures ACTION FIGURES! We're the hell is the fuckin action!
I grew up in the early 2000 and even at that time Star Wars figures had far better articulation with decent detail. I still have figures from 02 and 05 from AOTC and ROTS and they look and move great! It is NOT acceptable for Hasbro to be lazy and give us decent details and horrible articulation for far more $ than for a few figs on ebay from ROTS or even the clone wars figures are cheaper. Now if you want a better articulated figure from recent star wars lines/movies you basically have to pay twice the price at a local store(Walmart) compared to a 5POA! About half a year ago I decided to re continue my Star Wars collection and began at Walmart, I searched the halls hoping to find some decent figures for a decent price. I found Finn with a bonus armor piece and a blaster for 15$ and Kylo Ren for 7$ of course this isn't much money from what I get paid at work so I bought them. I still have them and I am still really disappointed due how much articulation it has at such a price (Finn). It's not right no matter what its not 1977 we as fans deserve well articulated figures at good prices!

5 POA figures are a no. Lanard is selling fully articulated The Corps figures in $5 two packs at Walmart, and Star Wars collectors are trying to justify paying $13 for 5 POA crap, repeating Hasbro's BS excuse that it's about cost. Collectors are their own worst enemy.
The 5poa mimban is pretty damn cool. It looks really good and has pre posed arms so he can hold the gun.

I think for a collector, posable ankles are as important as knees since they allow for a more action oriented pose.
Yeah, ankles are crucial for collector figures. TFs get a pass, because most of them have big enough feet to support poses.

the ground imperial trooper and stormtrooper manly the stormtrooper from the rouge serise is insanely amazing it glosses and everything but it's 5POA so I refuse to get it

Really, if they just give the arms their articulation back, I would be fine with this line. Just skip the launchers, and use the extra money to add hinges to their shoulders, bends and swivels to their elbows, and rotations at the wrists, and you'd be able to do at least some basic posing(like Jedi holding their lightsabers or troops holding their blasters). In terms of how I pose my Star Wars figures, that's all that I need.

I got a lot of the rouge 1 figures in the UK for £1.80 so yeah I love a bargin also black series 3.5 inch for the same price and 6inch figures for £5 so that week I was super happy

It sucks now a days.....really missed the old days when figures are very articulated and awesome. On the brightside I used Nien Nunb's Force Awaken figure to make a Sullustan Rebel pilot or Rebel soldier!

I sort of have hope for star wars 3.75 figures after watching this. I hope the articulation on k2so is improved and given to future figures. Hopefully 5poa will someday become its own line and super articulated figures will return.
The shoretrooper is an amazing figure I love it a lot! And I can't wait for the SA Walmart exclusive can't wait to buy more and regular stormtroopers cuz In the trailer they fight together!

It's 2019. And the new season of The Clone Wars is coming out! I hope Hazbro goes out with a bang on star Wars super articulated figures by giving us super articulated Clone Wars figures I I'm just now getting into Star Wars Clone Trooper action figures. I love clone troopers and if Hasbro makes the whole line of season 7 figures 5 POA I'm going to lose my mind. So many fans are waiting four Something that has come back in the Star Wars community. Why not give us a little Nostalgia Hasbro and re-release those beautiful super articulated figures. And if you don't at least give your 5 POA figures ball joints at the elbows and wrist articulation so they can at least hold their blasters or lightsabers properly. I feel that since the original Clone Wars line released when super articulated figures we're dominating the Hasbro Star Wars three and 3/4 in line they should bring it back at least for the new season 7 Clone Wars line. One last line of articulated figures that Clone Wars fans and Clone Trooper fans (like myself) will enjoy. As a side note it would be nice if more clone troopers and prequel characters were in the Star Wars super articulated black inch series. Better yet Hasbro could make a line of prequel and original trilogy super articulated action figures from when lucasfilm owned Star Wars. And keep the stuff Disney created with the resistance, the first order, Rey, Kylo Ren and all that stuff with 5 POA for the younger kids. And for the fans who want super articulated new Disney characters like Kylo Ren, Rey, Finn, first order and resistance Troopers in the Black Series line. I hope that somehow Hasbro gets this. I have decided to maybe right this on a letter and send it to Hasbro. I'm assuming that this will be not taken seriously but if it was I and so many more fans will be excited and happy. So Hasbro please at least look into it. Thank you for reading my point of view on Star Wars three and three-quarter inch action figures.

Hasbro needs to do a Star Wars basic 6 inch line that will be in scale with black series figures and have the same style of articulations like we had with the beast morphers figures and hell hasbro did a basic 6 inch scale for the infinity war and endgame toy line and even the avengers game had a toyline as well that was 6 inch scale.

I dunno, that's a very interesting question. I like the Sabine's arms a lot, and I think they could pose the legs just SLIGHTLY. But I don't think I'd want anything as dramatic as many of the 2002 Saga figures with crazy poses and sculpting.

Pre posing get's rid of features for play and I feel like it ruins action figures.
I'm still not a huge fan of the 5POA figs but I agree they have gotten better. I'm hoping to get the new Darth Maul and Seventh Sister pack

Gotta say , my favorite 5POA figures have to be Anakin , Obiwan , and K2SO. Mainly because I like Anakin and obiwan in general , but as for K2SO its because in a way he doesn't feel like a 5POA figure. to me atleast

We had years of pre-posed 6POA figures from Hasbro before the introduction of super-articulation and it was terrible. I actually really like 5POA figures, as long as the sculpting and detail are good, but I cannot stand pre-posed limbs on 5POA figures. Mainly because it locks that character into a specific action. Neutral poses are better because it creates a good baseline for your imagination to build whatever play scenario you want.

If the kids has no interested in toys, they should make the toys and focus on adult collectors instead. If any of the Star Wars fans has no interested in 5poa figure and prefer the 3.75" SA they shouldn't be making that anyway. I thought most Star Wars fans are into SA 3.75" figures. Star Wars are Hasbro's customers. They made the Sail Barge they better make new SA 3.75".

I dont understand why they make a crap load of extra accessories which is a waste of plastic and money. One gun alone is fine and they should cut back on weapons and give articulation on figures already.
Well they seem to have learned from their mistake, cuz the dumb accessories have been replaced with an (actually really cool) voice gimmick with the Force Link thing.

There's a chance we'll get Rebels characters in TVC. And apparently Rebels toys aren't desirable over the movie toys, and Hasbro would rather wait when Rebels ages "like a fine wine" to release a commemorative line or something. Hopefully we'll get the same for TCW like we had a resurgence of old Tartakovsky figures.

YES they're getting better. I just wish the paint apps were more involved. Sometimes the articulation really makes the figures aesthetics look off for me.

It's more the industry as a whole more than anything, but I can see Disney wanting to drive the 5POA as a "throwback" considering their whole marketing mindset with Star wars is to honor and homage the OT.

Not just Disney, they've been cheapening a majority of their lines. Transformers, completely owned by Hasbro, have been cheapening things with fewer transformation steps, more hollow plastic, and less paint. It's just the cost of toy manufacturing going up.

I get what ya' mean but sculpt and detail is a better deal IMO than something which has all the bells n' whistles yet isn't as screen accurate: Example - The constantly re-used sculpt of the 30th AVC Stormtrooper with morphed helmet looks absolute pants compared to the new Rogue One 5POA one thats just been released.
