This is the book that helped me to come out from depression. Before that I am thinking like nothing can happen in my life. Everything is over, there are no hopes.
Then I got this book and i get new ray of hope. Very good book. Must read for everyone. Lot of examples of people are given that are benifitted from subconscious mind. All are giving new energy and hopes.
Working with subconscious helped me to become more healthy as well.
Everyone today should be listening to this over and over. Listened a few times but today It really resonates

Glad that you study and practice. Your information is perfect for the level of understanding I'm on. I'm 8 years deep. For instance. I've made agreements with my dna (my body) that I don't get sick anymore. So it's been 3 years. Not one common cold. In my first year I've pull off telekinesis. I've been manipulating my energy for a while. Keep posting. The light heart feeling you explained really helped me consciously control more of my reality. The power can be overwhelming. Gotta get use to it like it is nothing. Hint hint
