Lee never ever change this Chanel for the Phil's and Janice's,they obviously love the channel to be so invested with their comments. I also want to say as someone that does 15 hour shifts and works away from my family moving from hotel to hotel every night theres NOTHING more I look forward to than getting back after a long shift and watching your videos, they genuinely bring me happiness and take my mind off work and that to me speaks volumes. 10 out 10 for China Garden, best in Beni. We have a meal there everytime we visit. If you want a decent breakfast walk a little further up the road to the corner Bar, fantastic food in there.
Total bargain there for the set meal deal too, I also like Mandarin Wok further up the hill. Glad you're enjoying Benidorm !

It's an excellent Chinese, not long ago it used to be 4.95€ for a 3 course meal and a beer or half bottle of wine, unreal value for money.

Really good value ans sweet and sour how I like it, served crispy so you can dip in the sauce and maintain the crisp, crispy prawn balls. The other chicken dish looked great too. I prefer a crispy shredded duck to the duck breast, got to be a 9.5/10 visually, guess what we are eating tomorrow. 😋

Looked really good value great value for money. I always have crispy duck to start and every Chinese I’ve been to always shredded the duck so it was easy to put in the pancakes. But to get a whole breast will do for me. I’m going to Benidorm in Sept/Oct for a month and for your viewers check out Airbnb under £500 for the month for a 1bed apartment with sea views. I know now where I’ll be eating Chinese so thanks Lee. Tony.

Interesting about the algorithms and views of breakfasts and fish and chips.
Underated place Benidorm as many places on the Costa Blanca got bad reputations, but mostly unfounded. We must remember that the Daily Mail newspaper in the U.K. always publish stories about Spain mostly either not true or embellished in some way. They have some form of vendetta against Spain for some reason. Unfortunately people read that and believe but. This is why vlogs like these always show people exactly how a place is, not what the perceived ideas are
Food looked yummy and the prices on the menu really amazing. One subscriber has commented that it's not like the food he had in China. NO it's the Chinese food you find in every Chinese restaurant in the UK - made for the British taste. Excellent value for money - no wonder it's busy. x
We stayed in hotel across the road so the China garden was local we ended up in there 3 times great food and so cheap liked the look of the chicken sizzling dish so thanks to you I will get it great blogs thanks again lee

I've only been once to Benidorm many years ago and I vow never to go back again! What is the fascination with the place apart from the sun? It's essentially Blackpool with heat. You seem like a well travelled person, why do you continue with s&^t holes like this? Go to more authentic places and review those please....perhaps you may loose your followers but I for one would start.

I learned all about eating Chinese meals on two occasions. The first when I worked in a pub in a South 😊😊Coast seaside town. On Sunday nights we finished early and we would eat with the Chinese family who ran the restaurant next door when they finished.
On the second occasion, was when I was working on a project with the Navy, and we went to a Chinese restaurant in another seaside town. Everybody ordered what they wanted it was all put in the middle of the table. When we asked for chopsticks, you could not have painted the smile on the owner's face - nobody had ever done that before. How terribly sad, the food was great.
Lee you have the best job in the world, travelling, meeting people, filming, editing, warm sunny locations what more could you ask for. This place looks hands down “off the charts” good. That sweet and sour chicken dish looked superb although not a duck fan but the starter looked equally good. Love a good Chinese meal and that one with a beer all for under €30 your ‘aving a laugh! What an absolute bargain. I know where I want to go for my summer holidays.

The McMaster's argument that more people watch Fish and chips, English Breakfasts, Indian and Chinese food would suggest that most people don't want variety which is patently untrue. If that were the case, all those You Tubers who do food videos would not have the millions of subscribers and viewers that they have. For example, Mark Wiens has 4.2 million subscribers. He showcases and eats a variety of foods from around the world. There is The Food Ranger who has 16 million subscribers and 853.76 million views. Will Sonbuchner of 'Best Ever Food Review Show' has 9.5 subscribers and 2.13 million views.

Was in Benidorm last month for a week and needed up here 3 times, top class food and service in here. Would recommend to anyone! Was a bargain too
Sad to say Lee. That was about as near to Chinese as Fish and Chips. I nearly turned off when I saw Chicken Chop Suey on the menu. But I stuck with it. (The duck looked edible although a tad dry) but those Chicken balls ??? if that's the best Benidorm can come up with I'll give it a wide berth. My score is 2 because it was Chinese for tourists. Before anyone said I don't know what I'm talking about. I lived in China for well over 5 years and never saw anything on the menu there, that even came near to what was offered in that restaurant.
If they did authentic Chinese that you have in China the restaurant would be empty. The restaurant did the same food you will find in just about every Chinese in every town in the UK and it's clearly one aimed at the British tourists. We go to a fantastic Chinese restaurant down the road in Albir which is a resort very much favoured by Spanish, Belgian and Dutch visitors and the menu again is very much the same but great quality and value for money.
It's British-tourist Chinese food, chances are this place never had a Chinese patreon because God forbid what would be their reaction after seeing (not even tasting) the lame duck and he chicken.
Been to Benidorm for 38 years and the china garden are the best bar none friendly staff and value for money the only place that equals that in quality is ray’s fish n chips I knew them from the day they started enjoy your meal my friend 😊

We've been going to Benidorm since 1994. Always go to China Garden. The set meals are great value. Then go to the Rock n Roll house further up the Road. Brilliant acts on there

ok master you want the best tasting food in benidorm? at 7 mins 15 into the video "KING KEBAB" by far the best kebabs ever in my life.i go to beni 3 month of the year and am in here at least 4 times a week.the doner kebab on garlic nan with there signature garlic mayonaise and chili sauce chopped and recooked into small pieces on the grill omg its heavennnnnnnnn....and its proper massive its huge. £5 only..tell them jimbo sent you from manchester he will no how to cook it haha. please try it.have a mint weekend be safe are kid keep smiling

Why do you keep flying back and forth? Why not become a snowbird and spend half the year in Benidorm or Tenerife and the rest back home? It would save a lot on airfare and a long term rental would save over hotel bills. Wait, after seeing that meal and the prices, I am looking at flights now.

Hi Lee, another fab vid, but I would recommend a meal at China Town, 9 C. del Esperanto. I think even better value, for great food and nicer surrounding. Just down the precinct from Lucy's 'Winners Bar' turn right at the end and a little up on the right, our favourite Chinese Restaurant in Benidorm, thanks for all your efforts, Terry 'n' June.

Brilliant food at a great price what’s not to like???!!! The way they do their chicken and other meats is a method called velveting which gives that silky mouthfeel and makes the meat MOIST! I know you love that word Lee😂😂😂
My favourite starter is prawn toast with a sweet and sour dip, my main meal would be sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style or beef curry with fried rice yummy. I’d give that sizzling chick a try as well. These food videos should be banned in the evenings, as my mouth is watering just watch these dishes on here 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😘😋

Fantastic meal! Looked great. A 10 + for sure. I’m from a rural area in Central California. Mountain range. This would’ve cost a small fortune. The hot plate was nice as well. We have many problems here in the US. Prices are one of many. Last two years have been hell going out to enjoy a meal. Guess I’ll enjoy you eating what I would like for free!!!😂😂😂 Absolutely love all your videos. We’re hooked👍🏻

Can always tell a good crispy duck dish, it’s sliced, not so much of the shredded over cooked mess you get from others. I go to Benalmadena quite a bit and this reminds me of the Panda. Great value for money!
All looks brilliant but the Peking Duck especially decent. In China Town London at least £30 for the duck only!
Loved seeing back out there Lee! Look forward to the next trip abroad! Have to say though, the sentiment you have can be reversed: if people want to eat local they should be allowed to without being branded as a certain type or a "Phil and Janice" haha. I personally love to try new foods when I go abroad, but may have 1 night out of 7 where I get something more "familiar". Each to their own with no judgement either side!
