It is well documented that cholesterol has no correlation to heart disease. Heart surgeons have come out and said they looked at patients with high cholesterol thinking they'll find disease and find none and they've looked at patients with low cholesterol and found disease so there is no correlation at all. Also a study was done in 2009 in American hospitals where every patient that came in with heart disease had their cholesterol level checked and 137,000 had low cholesterol levels. We need so much cholesterol that our body makes it because your brain needs it to work. If you get put on a statin you brain can be effected that badly you can start loosing your memory. Also Statins stop your body making CoQ10 which your heart needs to work properly.
@@WeatherMoon very scary I have high MVP High LDL Low HDL What are you suggesting in my case I don’t think drs are taking me seriously because of the fact I’m young
I’m 13 years old and I’ve had a high LDL cholesterol level for probably my whole life. I found out when I was five. My older brother was getting MRI tests because he developed much faster than kids his age. As part of the MRI tests, he got a blood test which revealed that he had high cholesterol (over 200). My parents decided to check my blood as well, and the results revealed that I had a high cholesterol level as well. We discovered that it was genetically passed on to my brother and me by our grandma. Last time I got a blood test (a bit over a year ago), my cholesterol level was at 240! I’ve been only eating whole wheat bread and pasta, low fat cheese and green vegetables ever since I first discovered that I have a high cholesterol. I try to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. I’m also very skinny. Unfortunately, my cholesterol increases on its own since it was genetically transferred to me. Does anyone have any advice for me? Update: I got another blood test a couple months ago and my cholesterol levels went down to 206. Hopefully I can lower it even more.
Yes. See videos by Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry and Eric Berg on this topic and any other health topics. This info in this video is out of date; wrong. Stop eating the grains, pasta, potatoes, rice and also beans and high glycemic fruits and veggies.. Berries are okay The food pyramid guide is upside down; it's wrong. Don't eat bad oils, which are in packaged foods. Don't eat seed oils, like canola and safflower. If you cut out the things I've listed you will likely do well on Ketogenic diet: half your plate will be good fats, 1 quarter moderate protein (not low fat) and 1 quarter low glycemic carbs, like Romaine and steamed broccoli. Learn how to eat a ketogenic diet from Eric Berg; need to know how to avoid kidney stones. Just learn about this, first.
@@calliegal235 thanks for the advice! It might be too much things for me to cut out, but I’ll try my best. I think my diet isn’t what influences my cholesterol the most. My genetics do. I got a blood test recently and my results were 206. The time before that, they were 240. I didn’t make any changes to my diet, yet my cholesterol still decreased.
Roni, just learn about the ketogenic diet. Check out keto diet vs plant based. There are some problems with plant based. You might find Mikhaela Peterson's talk about the carnivore diet interesting; see her updates on it too. Any diet you might do can be for a short term, of course. ( I think 4 to 6 months is a good trial run.) We live one day at a time, so don't be discouraged about never eating something you like, although after you learn more, you may change what you like. Eric Berg and others have recipes for replacing wheat and some other grains. They use almond flour and sweetners etc to make all kinds of things, cookies, pancakes, etc. The cauliflower pizzas from Costco are pretty good. What you eat can have more influence on your health than genes. See if you can find a video on this.

Dr. wants to place me on statin but I'm hesitant. I don't eat out often or do fast food, don't drink alcohol or sodas. I'm told to eat fruit & veggies for fruit; eat lean proteins, eat healthy fats, choose foods that are low in sat fat, limit sodium and limit drinks and foods with added sugar. Good information. Canada 🇨🇦. At 74 my doctor wants me to take medication. I took Statin and and ezetrol for many years but had foggy brain and muscle problems. So I discontinued medication a year ago and feel 40. I have zero risk factors other than moderate high cholesterol. It's frustrating to be told I need medication.
Hi Ron. I am sorry to here about your severe problems taking stations & ezetrol. I was wondering if you have tried to cease eating cholesterol & wether or not this lowered your cholesterol? Thank you Sean.
You probably don't ; see videos by Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry (author of "Lies My Doctor Told Me ") and Eric Berg, about cholesterol and more. You'll be glad to hear what they say!
Just had my cholesterol test and came back with a reading of 7.7???? In the text from the doc she said this is high but to make dietary changes first before any medications. I think my diet is of an average diet , not that great but certainly not that bad , I treat myself to a takeaway once a week , I eat fruit every day and have tuna sandwiches most days , the occasional snack like a pack of crisps or a few biscuits. 7.7 means nothing to me and seems very vague . I’m 40 years old have a very physical job and go gym 2-3 times a week . Seems like I might have to cut out everything 😂 .
Cholesterol is made by all cells in the body with the exception of the red blood cells. Our liver makes bile from cholesterol to digest the fat we eat, therefore it comes full circle. If we take statins to stop making the cholesterol, what happens to the fat we eat? I've asked this of many doctors and (as yet) I've never got an answer.
You are absolutely correct my cholesterol level always remain 260 - 290. In U.K. doctors don’t prescribe the statin until it crosses 300. Besides, U.K. doctors does advise to avoid statin. Do not take it.
Cholesterol is an umbalance, of omegas 3 and Omega 6......the body needs both, but most people have too much Omega 6. Most oils people use cause inflammation.....Fatty foods are full of oils with omega 6 and that's a problem. Oils is not the problem is the amount of oils and sometimes not consuming enough Omega 3 oils.
@@NathalyPolanco-ko9or Why are you leaving fats out of the equation? Oils: seed oils and vegetable oils contain NO cholesterol at all. We need cholesterol, the more the better. We have been brainwashed to fear it.
My cholesterol level always stays between 290 to 260 since last 8 years. I am 52 years old and I do lot of walking jogging. I have no symptoms and I eat goat meat twice a month otherwise chicken and fish quite often. I never have any symptoms. Just ignore the numbers and eat healthy do exercise you will be fine. Until 1970 the the right cholesterol level was 300 as the medical system became more advance and pharmacy need to do the business that’s why every 10 years the level is reducing.
Have you not read the latest research on cholesterol , doctors have been getting it wrong , it's not the cholesterol , don't worry . Ask Dr Ken berry for latest findings , and eat low carb high fat ketogenic or carnivore diet xx
My total cholesterol levels have always been in the 250 range. I have no symptoms. I did a CAC last month on my own because my Dr didn't think I needed one . I scored 50. Because of this number I feel my body just feels that 250 range is normal for me.
Total cholesterol is useless for predicting risk of CV disease, so a TC of 250 wouldn't phase me one bit. However, a CAC score of 50 is concerning unless you're over 70 years old. Without taking measures to prevent further calcification CAC increases about 25% per year, which means that in 15 years your score will be around 1400.
I have high cholesterol in my blood but low blood pressure. I don’t have any of these symptoms with smoky looking eyes calcium around the eyes or calcium around the joints? I don’t have any Turnell issues or swelling? So what is your diagnosis?
Thank you so much! I also have a question! In my family, we are always eating rice. Should I cut down on that? I've heard that rice is healthy but I've also heard otherwise.
@@sofeiaherr No problem, if u have soda or soft drink with it I would have less rice on the plate or have half a glass instead of a full glass unless it’s water then that’s fine
Cholesterol is in your entire circulatory system. Why is there clogging of the ARTERIES close to the heart and not in the veins or capillaries in your nose, ear or knee? This is because the pumping of the heart can cause hairline cracks. Blood pressure is highest in this area. These hairline cracks are repaired by a sticky substance LP(a), to prevent from getting worse. Why don't animals have cardiovascular disease? Almost all animals produce large amounts of vitamin C in their liver. On average 35 mg/kg body weight. So we have to take at least about 3000 mg of vitamin C ourselves because humans cannot make vitamin C. You get strong collagen tissue, strong connective tissue, strong arteries. Hairline cracks no longer form and arterial plaque is removed and burned in the liver. Repair with cholesterol is therefore a consequence of a deficiency of vitamin C. So do not take statins, but vitamin C in a high dose: at least 3 grams, better: 6 to 10 grams Source: Cardiovascular disease and vitamin C (Dr. Rath Foundation)
Amen to vitamin C instead of statins....when people realize that scurvy was caused by a deficiency of vitamin C, ... and scurvy was tearing the arteries so that they would bleed out (without vitamin C healing them). .....then atheriosclerosis is a form of scurvy that vitamin C could mend with collagen rather than cholesterol formining into plaque trying to patch it up...
How’s it going dr! I have a question if you can please give your opinion … Have you ever heard of someone taking statins and they didn’t know their cholesterol was really low and have issues at night in their sleep after they take the Statins? More specifically seizures?

I'm not overweight but have some fat on my stomach. Not a drinker but do smoke. Just wondering how bad is it because my father did die from a heart attack at 38. And can a diet change help me to regulate it?
Smoking is very bad for your heart and many other body parts, like your eyes. Yes, diet can change these metabolic illnesses so many have. See other videos: Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, and chiropractor nutritionist, Dr Eric Berg; see Berg interview with Dave Feldman; and interview with Thomas Seyfried; and interview with San Diego cardiologist. You need a Ketogenic diet: half your plate should have good fats, 1 quarter moderate protein, 1 quarter low glycemic carbs, kale, Romaine, cabbage, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Cut out sugar, grains, potatoes, carrots, and high glycemic fruits. Most berries are okay. Eat eggs from free range, organic fed chickens, because those eggs have correct fatty acid balance, which is very important. Learn how IF, intermittent fasting, works wirh keto diet. If you must have sweets, bread, etc, see Berg recipe videos on how to make them. Cut out seed oils; learn why. Use virgin coconut oil, lard, butter ( from grass fed cows, if possible). No store bought salad dressings,, no sugary condiments Don't use milk nor half and half; use heavy whipping cream. This is how I dropped 30 lbs in less than 6 months over 2 years ago. And, get proper amount of sleep (see Berg on sleep). Very important, see his video on kidney stones and how to avoid; needed info for keto dieting. See: what does Dr Berg eat? See how he looks in older videos compared to recent videos.
First off, if I were YOU, I would immediately Ditch the Cigarettes! Especially with your father dying so young from a frigging heart attack!?#YIKES! Then get verrry serious with starting to eat clean, whole and healthy foods! It's not hard to find ALL the info you need to know by following some of the UA-cam Docs who are promoting *Keto.* And it's the easiest and probably BEST thing you can do to start turning your health issues completely around!!😉
Again, it's not cholesterol that's the problem; it's sugar damaging the cholesterol. Research this. See other videos: Dr Paul Madon, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Eric Berg interview with Dave Feldman, also Berg interview with San Diego cardiologist who has had his heart patients on a ketogenic diet for 15 years. Also, a heart doctor posted video saying he is giving his heart patients 200 mg K2, and looking for more data. Dr Berg has a product, D3 with 100 mg K2. Both of these doctors are using Mk-7 for the J2 source. K2 tells the body where to put calcium, because it needs to be in the bones, not in your blood and not on your bones.
Nice one. It will be good if you include information about dietary habits needed to control and reduce cholesterol. Information like eating vegetables, Fruits and reducing carbs.
I'm no doctor, but my mother has similarly high cholesterol levels and although she has been prescribed medication, through cleaning up her diet and slowly incorporating a lot more fiber into her diet, she seemed to have lowered her levels purely by changing her diet before even starting medication. That has only been her experience though, please take care!
According to my test in 2019 (When i was 27) , my cholesterol was 290. Took medicine for 3 months. Never went back to check again. Surviving yet. Now i am 29.
Please, see Dr Eric Berg videos about statins and or Dr Ken Berry, author of, "Lies My Doctor Told Me " cholesterol is not the problem; damaged cholesterol is. It is damaged by sugar and high glycemic carbs.

Cholesterol essential for health: It is 30% of the cell membrane where it provides fluidity and transport functions; it is the precursor for the production of testosterone, oestrogen and Vitamin D. As dietary cholesterol is esterified it is very poorly absorbed in the gut and so has little effect on blood cholesterol. Therefore the body has to make most of the cholesterol it needs. The organ with the most cholesterol is the brain, which is why a diet high in saturated fats cures epilepsy.
Professor Tim Noakes confirms what you say above. ua-cam.com/video/jyzkv5uFGt8/v-deo.html I have spent years of pain and suffering to get the inflammation and damage, caused by the statins, out of my body. The drug companies that push the statins should be jailed for this criminal money making behaviour that is killing and maiming innocent people. DONT TOUCH STATINS, THEY WILL KILL YOU.
@@garybrown6106 would you please share the methods you used to detoxify? My husband did fine on them for a few years, and then his doctor changed him to Atorvostatin. There is good cholesterol (which goes up on a high fat diet) and 'bad' cholesterol and their ratio is more important. In any case Cholesterol is a poor marker for heart disease: half of all heart attacks occur in people with normal cholesterol, and over 60s with high LDL cholesterol live longer! In addition a ketogenic Diet reduces triglycerides, blood pressure, fatty liver, blood glucose, joint inflammation, body weight, increases HDL and reverses diabetes: all of which reduces risk of heart disease. But drug companies have a pill to lower cholesterol, statins. So cholesterol is focused on and Statins are forcefully promoted to make them the highest grossing drug in the pharmaceutical industry. Drug trials exclude patients who get bad side effect, and the trials that didn't show benefit were not published, and benefit is still low. Statins have harmful side effects like muscle pain and diabetes (which increases the risk of heart failure!)

What evidence is there that high cholesterol is associated with heart disease? I'm in the UK and been offered a statin to lower my total cholesterol (or maybe just LDL?), which is 12.1mmol/L (467mg/dL I think). At 51 years old I feel as healthy as ever, I just have crazy levels of cholesterol, with no family history of it.
I'm male 32 and i have a total Chol level at 240 and LDL at more than LDL. I don't smoke, no alchool, in general a normal diet and not that bad physically (but not going to any gym). I think it's a genetic condition because both of my parents have these cholesterol levels.
Does anyone consider the fact that too much sugar has anything to do with cholesterol levels? Cut out the sugar and you might be surprised. Your weight will drop like crazy too so, why wouldn't it make a difference. Cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra has a few things to say. Very interesting too.
I was suffering from cholesterol issues and got minor heart stroke for serval times. We consult to doctor and he prescribed Zetia also known as Ezetimibe from theonlinemedicine . Zetia(Ezetimibe) reduces bad cholesterol or LDL and also may prevent heart attacks, stroke, and death from cardiovascular-related causes.
My considerable internet research has finally paid off and recognized with extremely good facts to exchange with my friends and the world. Medical Doctors and Dermatologists said (HSV 1&2, Herpes zosters) do not have a medical cure because the virus is capable of hiding within the human cells. it remains protected from your immune system. Herpes isn't an incurable virus! your immune system has the tools to fight it back. But because it is able to lay dormant in protected cells, your immune system is unable to remove it from your body, But with strong reactive herbal medication, it is capable of getting rid of the virus gradually and totally from your body without any side effects, natural herbs kill the virus totally not just reducing the outbreaks. I just got my test result today after 7 days of using the herbal Medication and it came out Negative to both HSV 1&2.im so delighted I recommend this to anyone suffering from herpes virus. You can get natural Herbal Medication from Dr. Aloha contact him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1(202)871-3222,
All LDL is bad is simplistic nonsense. SOME LDL is very bad. Some LDL is actually good. I have high cholesterol HDL/LDL but my LDL is the big fluffy type. It’s the small dense LDL that is the problem. I’m 63, 180cm, 68kgs, 10% body fat, I eat very well, exercise regularly including two boot camps a week. I have no family history of heart disease or hypertension. But my total cholesterol is 7.0. And my new doctor wanted me to take statins. I said I would if I had a CAC Scan and it indicated developing plaque. As I expected, my CAC Score came back as ZERO. It’s about time the medical profession educated themselves on cholesterol. Most of them don’t know what they are talking about. An very significant percentage of people on statins should not be on them. Aren’t you sworn to “do no harm” doctor?
My cholesterol level is at 7 and my CAC Scan came back Zero. My Dr wants me to take Astrovan 80mg I don't want to take this medication. I've been under a lot of stress lately and this may have affected my Cholesterol. He made it sound like I was a walking time bomb and could have a Stroke/Heart Attack at any moment. Not sure what to do 😮

The thing i find facinating is that many doctors talk about cholesterol as if its germs or evil without investigating the cause of it, many just tests and if found they prescribe meds. High Cholesterol can be from parasitic infections but this is almost never checked.
No. Eating high glycemic carbs and sugar damages your cholesterol. See other videos about this and why a ketogenic diet is beneficial. See Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, Dr nutritionist, Eric Berg.
Eight hours, or rather less, from the last meal, in the bloodstream of a healthy individual there is mainly free fatty acids bound to albumin, HDL, (lb)LDL, a little VLDL, negligible IDL and traces of other lipoproteins and remnants. In really healthy people, HDL should contain up to 1-2% triglycerides or 15-30 times less than cholesterol. LDL contains about 5-6% triglycerides or 8-10 times less than cholesterol. Taking into account the fact that in the bloodstream and in a healthy fasting person there is little of the other lipoproteins, mine and the results of other on ketogenic diets, I estimated that the total blood cholesterol should be over 9 times higher than triglycerides, in percentage of mass or molar in mmol/L. As difference (and/or ratio) is greater, better is for health. Thus, the triglycerides have to be below 0.6 mmol/L (50 mg/dL). This, you will not find anywhere else now, except in my book "The First Bioregulation" in Macedonian language. ISBN 978-608-66828-0-4 Vlatko Popovski - Vladek Skopje North Macedonia
THE FIRST BIOREGULATION Plasma triglycerides below 0.6 mmol/L (50 mg/dl). Vitamin D (calcifediol): 140-240 ng/mL (350-600 nmol/L) or more subject to need, with precautions and according to protocol. Parathyroid hormone (PTH intact) 5-25 pg/mL (0.5-2.5 pmol/L), if needed around the lower reference range. Love for more oxytocin hormone.
Please, eat good fats, but cut out sugar and high glycemic foods, including fruits, veggies, starches like rice, pasta, and potatoes. Berries are okay, but if trying to lose weight, avoid those high glycemic veggies also, like carrots. On ketogenic diet we eat good fats, which are needed by the body. Eating good fats is not the problem; it's the bad oils, the seed oils, like canola and safflower, and the sugar. Sugar damages your cholesterol. See Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry, and learn how to eat a keto diet from Eric Berg. Just learn about this first.

Public health policy and natural phenomenon are 2 different things- statin drugs have many side effects- dont try to explain this to your doctor. LDL is a necessity- only some forms are dangerous.
I have eaten a very low carb diet for about 17 years to control my form of reactive hypoglycemia. I have read that my blood fat results are what happens to people who stay on such a diet with the proviso that some people's LDL go way up. My HDL is measured (U.S. units) 66. My total cholesterol is high, but so what. Some people have investigated further and with our diet the amount of plaking is way down. I think our diet ends your cholesterol problem.
@@danausec166 I have been doing a Keto based diet for a couple years now. Low carb, no sugar, healthy fats and moderate protein. My last cholesterol reading was HDL 70 LDL112 Triglycerides 47. I think it's more about the Ratio than anything else??🤔
i don’t know. sure comes across very universal tone that high cholesterol causes heart attacks. i think it’s much more complicated and one measure doesn’t fit all.

Why do only arteries clog with cholesterol and not veins or small capillaries? Scurvy = No vitamin C in your diet. Symptom: Your blood vessels break and you bleed to death. Think of the sailor of the past. Scurvy of the heart = Just enough vitamin C from food. Symptom: Arteries around the heart are not strong enough to resist high blood pressure. Damage is repaired with cholesterol to prevent worse. After years of repair, your arteries become clogged. Enough vitamin C supplement of at least 3000 mg. per day gives strong and flexible arteries. Cholesterol is not needed as a repair agent. Cholesterol in your coronary arteries is broken down and burned in your liver. Source: Cardiovascular disease and vitamine C (Dr. Rath Foundation)

Which foods low cholesterol ?
Hi, I would like to ask if taking a pill for cholesterol has bad effects in the long run?

Great question.
My understanding is that HDL and LDL aren't cholesterol but proteins used to transport cholesterol to where it is needed.

What about the fat already clinging to the blood vessels? Will taking medication help eliminate it, or does it only prevent further buildup?
What about what we're all thinking?
Can I just take the meds and make no dietary changes?
Dietary and lifestyle changes are usually first line management. Speak with your doctor for more information on what’s right for you.
The right cholesterol level was 300? I’m at 244.
@@ShariahDavis that’s a healthy number. Keep it up 👍
Have you not read the latest research on cholesterol , doctors have been getting it wrong , it's not the cholesterol , don't worry . Ask Dr Ken berry for latest findings , and eat low carb high fat ketogenic or carnivore diet xx
Thank you , from the Philippines
My total cholesterol levels have always been in the 250 range. I have no symptoms. I did a CAC last month on my own because my Dr didn't think I needed one . I scored 50. Because of this number I feel my body just feels that 250 range is normal for me.
Total cholesterol is useless for predicting risk of CV disease, so a TC of 250 wouldn't phase me one bit.
However, a CAC score of 50 is concerning unless you're over 70 years old.
Without taking measures to prevent further calcification CAC increases about 25% per year, which means that in 15 years your score will be around 1400.

I didn't hear the symptoms of high cholesterol on the time stamp.
So do not take statins, but vitamin C in a high dose: at least 3 grams, better: 6 to 10 grams
Source: Cardiovascular disease and vitamin C (Dr.
Thank you
You're welcome

Cholesterol essential for health: It is 30% of the cell membrane where it provides fluidity and transport functions; it is the precursor for the production of testosterone, oestrogen and Vitamin D. As dietary cholesterol is esterified it is very poorly absorbed in the gut and so has little effect on blood cholesterol. Therefore the body has to make most of the cholesterol it needs. The organ with the most cholesterol is the brain, which is why a diet high in saturated fats cures epilepsy.
Professor Tim Noakes confirms what you say above.

I have spent years of pain and suffering to get the inflammation and damage, caused by the statins, out of my body. The drug companies that push the statins should be jailed for this criminal money making behaviour that is killing and maiming innocent people. DONT TOUCH STATINS, THEY WILL KILL YOU.

@@calliegal235 keto isn't for everyone. There is no one size fits all. I personally wouldn't touch keto, but I know it works well for some.

You haven’t a clue what you’re talking about
spot on..your above average hdl is all that matters
@@danausec166 I have been doing a Keto based diet for a couple years now. Low carb, no sugar, healthy fats and moderate protein. My last cholesterol reading was HDL 70

Does the symptoms appears in teenagers?
@Joss Bailey same
This info is out of date. You'll be glad to hear Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry, and Eric Berg. See their videos about cholesterol.
Can eating egg yolks cause high cholesterol?
it can cause being healthy
It’s not true about foods. 85-90% is from the liver and a totally different type to food ones.
i don’t know. sure comes across very universal tone that high cholesterol causes heart attacks. i think it’s much more complicated and one measure doesn’t fit all.
Correct. Heart attacks are multifactorial, high cholesterol is only one factor that increases your risk.
Thanks
The main problem is too much inflammation in thr body
@@JHPMedicalUK what if my diet is healthy whole foods and I lift heavy 3 x a week and do cardio on off days
See Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry and Eric Berg on cholesterol. It's the sugar which damages the cholesterol that's a problem, along with seed oils. Eat a ketogenic diet ( don't neglect how to avoid kidney stones) you will be fine with whatever your cholesterol is.
Im 29 my cholesterol is at 194 which I was told was high
Im still so confused my bad cholesterol is 374 and the other one is 200. A1c is 5.6 which I do know all about being that i WAS diabetic and a1c was 13.3 and my vision started getting drastically better without my glasses. Weird but diet and exercise got me off metformin. Guess I gotta do it again but with diabetes you don't eat a bunch of carbs, you eat meat and high fiber veggies. Now I'm told not to eat meat 😅 🤯 im lost on all this. Is it just fatty meat or red meat apparently eggs are bad too and I was eating 8-10 coturnix quail eggs for allergies... so do i just eat the quail now instead of their eggs 😂 i mean...
If taking hormonal injection like testosterone propionate will it increase cholesterol
This video does not have all the info needed about cholesterol. I don't know the answer to your question, but you can learn the correct info about cholesterol from any of these: Drs Paul Mason, Ken Berry and Eric Berg.

I find it hard to take a presenter seriously when his slides contain spelling mistakes. It may be unfair, but it gives the impression that he doesn't know the subject he's talking about.
Hi Norman thanks for the feedback
These videos are made in our spare time for the benefit of our patients. So please accept our apologies for spelling mistakes. We don't have large budgets like other channels and are run independently. So things might slip through.
Let me know the errors and I will endeavour to review this when a revision is due.

According to other drs online you’re wrong
