Go for a retinol based night cream on 3 days a week. You can gradually step it up to 4-5 days a week. Make sure to use moisturiser and sunscreen regularly.

Thank you so much Mam for this valuable info. I was using this cream for pigmentation on my leg and it was suggested by a skin doctor. I got the same result as u mentioned. My skin turned so fair that I got worried and surprised that my pigmentation got reduced but my skin is also getting fair day by day. Hence I stopped using this but wanted to check an article or video for this and saw your video. It was very helpful.
@subhamdas4487 I got results in a week only. But as I mentioned my skin got very fair and thin. I can't confirm if you can use it. Yes, I can see the pigmentation again on my legs but its quite okay now not really dark as earlier. I am using nivea white moisturizer on it. My doctor had suggested to apply moisturizer before applying above cream hence I continued moisturizer which I was anyways using. She had also suggested vitamin c tablets but instead I am having Tamarind every day in small quantity. Additionally I avoid to stand for a long time as it was the main reason for this pigmentation.
