@@sidharthvajjiravelu3563 the "divorce" is a ruse and a coverup. The reason why many episodes were removed is because people in those challenges, most not aired are pressing charges for misconduct. Also he was sexually harassing younger crewmates for years (early 20s) He had to quit the show because of this.

I felt like someone stabbed me in the stomach when I found out Joe was leaving the show. All the guys are funny, but I always laughed the hardest at him and it’s wasn’t even close. I really hope he makes a return…even if it means less episodes so he can have a somewhat normal life!
@@sjgambler9178 Everything I've heard is from the internet as well, but also from a podcast that Sal is on. He is getting a divorce and wants to be able to be with his kids more than he is currently able to with the show, since it takes up a lot of time. To help and not replace him, but still keep a 4th person, the show will have someone who swaps out every episode to keep it fresh. How well will it work? Who knows! We will have to wait, see, and hopefully laugh!

He probably felt a lot of guilt and responsibility for his daughter having a split household and wanted to make it right by quitting the show and having more time for her. Honestly I just think he’s suffering from a broken heart right now. He was probably in a difficult place…on one side he had his high school buddies and fans that he didn’t want to let down, and on the other side he had his wife and kid.
