The story behind these Korean ripoff Anime is that back when the Giant Robot anime was popular in Japan, the companies like Toei, Toho, etc. would out source to Korea for animation Cel painting, backgrounds, etc.... The Koreans would take the left over cels and slightly alter them to make new feature length animated films specifically for the domestic Korean market. Importing anything Japanese, including anime, was illegal at the time. So they just made their own!

The music sounds like a song from the ending credits of Dengeki Sentai Changeman "Never Stop Changeman".

The credits were shown in the advertisement, but not the movie; It's as if they knew it was better than the movie it's advertising.
