I think one thing you could try is doing more challenges. Things like
how much I can crochet in 1 hours or 24 hours
How many of this plushie can I make in a given time
Crocheting blind folded
Seeing how much yarn I can use in a week
Crocheting with my non dominant hand
Idk just to make things challenging
I’m 19 and I got diagnosed with PCOS over a year ago. All they did was give me birth control and hardly told me anything. I still struggle with a lot of related health issues so I am glad your doctors seem to actually be trying to help more.

Hey, you might have already said this but can you share your vitamins/supplements you are taking for your PCOS? I am also willing to send you a message on Instagram if you don’t want to share publicly. I was diagnosed about a year ago and I am always curious what other people take to see if it’s something that can help me too! I recently switch GYN’s and my previous GYN sucked (reason why I switched lmao) and she never told me any supplements to take.
