That's nowhere near 8 tonnes. The weight of a vehicle is spread out over its total surface of contact with the ground, and these vehicles have an extremely large contact area. Snow shoes don't change your weight, and yet without them you sink right through snow.
A single person walking on that watch would exert more pressure on it than either vehicle.

Dear Victorinox company! My question is whether the Victorinox I.N.O.X. what procedure and protection are used in wristwatches so that the watch can withstand -57 and +71 degrees Celsius? As far as I know, button cells run out quickly in extremely cold weather conditions. Thank you in advance for your respectful reply!
