Let me give you some advice:
You dont need to be inspired by everyone and redecor your island every single time. Do what theme suits you best so that way you see an idea you enjoy more but then the cycle goes on and on.
The house fits so much the island theme , it really looks like those beach houses surfers have in movies lmao

I love this island! Usually I don't like tons of multi level terraforming because it feels overwhelming lmao but it looked so beautiful here!! Nothing felt too overcrowded at all.
I think she just has a really good talent for knowing how to space things out like you pointed out in her house! And I love the soft lighting in every room, makes it feel more real and lived in when there's actual light fixtures rather than the overhead light in every room!
They just nailed the tropical aesthetic so well. Everything is so beautiful and vibrant!! It's so well populated without being crowded and just has such a good balance. This would be such a good place to take a vacation in if it were real and that is so impressive :')
I feel her 100% because I definitely bought a switch for animal crossing as well. The wait was so long but so worth it 😭
I just really love how this island makes me appreciate different aesthetics, I'm a sucker for the cottage/village aesthetic that she mentioned and don't usually go for for the tropical vibe but she just did it so well that there's no way not to love it. Definitely my favorite tropical themed island I've ever seen!

Golden Gifts - Very difficult when your shops have a block in between them and your museum is only about 6 blocks behind them. Not to mention you have only about 12 blocks for an entrance and 3 blocks away from that is your museum and shops...

My sister's island is currently full. Of manicans. We're moving the rocks.
She occupy almost every single space with flowers, trees, furniture and path, so you won't see the original grass path most of the time.
it looks impressive at first, the longer you stay, the more suffocating you will feel (in visually), it's happened to me before, it is still great if see some empty space
Islands like this are great in theory but they are pretty hard to navigate and aren’t very practical for everyday gameplay :)

Its so easy to get overwhelmed with this game and all the ideas everyone has and how I want to apply it to my own. But I can't. The island is only so big. Make your island uour own! Don't give up! It takes time and trial and error

Yes. My favorite island I've seen so far. It's so densely decorated but in a designed way. So many of the colors used worked SO well together.

I agree. The sound when you walk on the design paths is so muffled! Edit: Even when putting them over the solid paths, you loose the sound.
They really need to let you choose a sound for custom paths...

OMG! Whoever made this island - I have the exact same theme. I called my island Waimea Bay because of Lana Del Rey's song Wayamaya and I looked for Cherry everywhere to make her a garden filled with cherry and peach trees. I can't believe someone else had the same idea for the name!

What I like about this island is the use of space. They didn't over decorate the island and everything is so spacious. I love how fresh and clean it looks compared to the other five stars island. It just felt natural and breathable.

I literally just realized that everyone that have created these 5 star islands only spent a month and a half on it. i keep thinking they've had longer but no. everyone started on march 20th and I'm just really lacking skill ;w;

I've logged about 280hrs I only just started terraforming seriously but I spent the first 200 hours just fishin, playing the turnips, collecting, trading, enjoying island life haha upgraded my house of course. @@stripedsweater520 I agree, some people use time traveling to achieve things faster. I've been playing for almost a month (25ish days) and have logged so many hours. My Nooks Cranny is still the old one so I dont have access to much furniture or new items often, and I still cant terraform. So I spend my day fishing, catching bugs, and building bridges and inclines, and trying to decorate with whatever I can, which I feel will be a waste once I start terraforming l, since I'll wanna move everything lol..for now im trying to figure out a layout with how the island naturally looks
