Manila is supposed to be a beautiful, clean from bad, and rich with goodness city.
A lot of foreigners didn’t know the Philippines before , but they knew Manila. They didn’t know that Manila is in the Philippines until this President did a good clean up in the 70s or since he took over the administration. That was when the Philippines became famous for tourism . It was sad after the turn of time and power.
Filipinos should be happy with you Mayor.
Manila is now a a good place to go, congestion and disobedience are becoming a history in the city. Let’s hope they continue.

Manila should be cooperative and offer their participation for the full rehabilitation

Filipino born and raised in California and I am so happy for him! It’s about time for this change to happen. Filipinos abroad especially young Filipinos for the longest wanted this change and the mentality back at the motherland to change! Thank god! This is what Manila deserves!!! Public office candidates of his integrity existed long before but voters with integrity did not. Ang karamihan sa masa noon ay pobre at mababa ang pinag-aralan na madaling lokohin at bilhin. Siguro naman sa darating na mga election ay may tamang isip na ang mga botante at d na ibalik pa ulit ang korap na pamilya ng mga Estrada o Eusebio sa larangan ng public office. Dapat nga maikulong sila at maibalik ang bawat kusing na pinagnanakaw nila.

Yes, the handover must be complete before you can move on and it is the job of past admin to provide all info. Isko is the only one of those I support, he is not the usual corrupt politicians. His intentions I think are good but the task at hand is very very difficult.

More especially the un-remitted GSIS contributions deducted from the pay of the employees and COA's audit report on issued checks from May 13 to June 18. With this, it can be concluded that the city of Manila has no funds on hand.

ikr, especially with his accent and the way he talks. I just recently watched a video of former-Senator Lorenzo Sumulong delivering a speech at the UN in the 60s and Moreno reminds me of him.
He is really looking at the past..... expect heritage preservation is one of his priority as part of his promised revival of Manila
I would suggest to assign the Manila Zoo Rehab with the Vice-mayor...you can likewise raise funds through public and private donations and you can organize several walks to raise funds , organize several groups to volunteer , several schools can be mobilize those who would like to assist in cleaning, repainting etc. this can be a city effort that every Manileno can participate and involve with--this could be a team effort for the whole city...schools and civic org can be involved like what happened in Manila Bay
