My mom taught me the mantra at a young age “don’t have any expectations then you won’t get hurt.” It took my heart quite some time and many hours of meditation to trust in the creator and flow of life to expect good things for myself *and* that I am worthy of good things ❤️ Really lovely show

There was a time quite a few years ago when I manifested a lot of fun things just by having a feeling of something exciting, was getting ready to happen a feeling of expectation, I would listen to exciting music and just feel like something wonderful was going to happen, so many good things did happen. I started hearing from so many places that you shouldn’t focus on expectation that that’s keeping it in the future so I stopped doing that so much but it got much harder for me to manifest. I really think I need to go back to that feeling of Positive expectation.
Focussing on the feeling is what has worked great for me, too. Being too specific on details throws me off and also I like to leave room for the great intelligence to work out the truly best. Way to go🎉🎉🎉

I’m SO curious how you will view the correlation between the whole not having attachment to outcome concept in reality creation. It’s something I enjoy the contemplating! I’m sure it’s a fine 👌 line to dance but critical/critical for success.
Oh lastly I’ve been wondering if the not attachment to outcome comes into play with healing your physical body? Like if that is so, wouldn’t one have to be like “my body is healed. But either way is ok.”? 🤔 fun stuff to explore!!!

This was on point , I am 54 and feel like my journey is just beginning. I have been profoundly affected by this community and this channel. Because the truth can not be ignored. Positive and good intentions seem to be the key. And isn't that really who I want to be anyway? It seems like a natural thing to strive for. Things are falling into place before my eyes and I could hardly grasp it. But the truth is I expected it.......and I'm gonna try so hard to hold my intention with love and see it thru to a life I love and let all this drama that my girls and I have endured roll of us and heal out of pure contentment. It will be a long walk, hopefully I can remember to enjoy the view. ✌️♥️

I try to listen to these as you post them. I walk in my house getting my daily exercise to these. Then I listen again and I take copious amounts of notes. I missed this one somehow. I pay to have ad-free UA-cam because I find your material to be so valuable. I put them on continuous loop while sleeping because I have had a difficult year dealing with breast cancer. There’s actually a great book that breaks this down and how the neuroscience explains how, what we expect of others, ourselves, and our body actually impacts the wane which we experience. There’s even research now that says, 50 to 80% of aging is mental. Thank you for sharing such great content! 🎉

When my carefully tailored playlists of your meditations, which i often fell asleep to and played throughout the night or would have in the background while I work at night, when they suddenly disappeared from Spotify I honestly did not realize how important a part of my routine that was for keeping a positive attitude. It didn't click until just now, we finally subscribed to UA-cam's ad free version can be played when the screen is off. And the first thing I did was find your channel again and start listening here at work as I go about my tasks. I really do tend to see the worst possible outcomes. I’ve come to look at expecting and turn into a “knowing”. Train our mind to not only expect it all but to know it and live in that feeling.

I listened to most of Akaishic deep sleep med. My neck did let go and I won't have to go to e.r. about it. Still sore but healing whatever it was

This was on point , I am 54 and feel like my journey is just beginning. I have been profoundly affected by this community and this channel. Because the truth can not be ignored. Positive and good intentions seem to be the key. And isn't that really who I want to be anyway? It seems like a natural thing to strive for. Things are falling into place before my eyes and I could hardly grasp it. But the truth is I expected it.......and I'm gonna try so hard to hold my intention with love and see it thru to a life I love and let all this drama that my girls and I have endured roll of us and heal out of pure contentment. It will be a long walk, hopefully I can remember to enjoy the view. ✌️♥️
I speak to my plants and I send them love and they thrive! I have a orchid which is so abundant with blooms its bending over.
My grandfather passed away the 18th. It's definitely been a world shaker. And my expectations for families reactions were low but thank you as I'm trying to raise them. Thank you for all the advice. It's be a blessing to ever have a sit and chat with you.

Brilliant teaching. My expectation is that you, Brian Scott, will take all these teachings, and publish these as short books that we, your avid listeners, can purchase on Amazon. I try to listen to these as you post them. I walk in my house getting my daily exercise to these. Then I listen again and I take copious amounts of notes. I missed this one somehow. I pay to have ad-free UA-cam because I find your material to be so valuable. I put them on continuous loop while sleeping because I have had a difficult year dealing with breast cancer. There’s actually a great book that breaks this down and how the neuroscience explains how, what we expect of others, ourselves, and our body actually impacts the wane which we experience.
There’s even research now that says, 50 to 80% of aging is mental.

When my carefully tailored playlists of your meditations, which i often fell asleep to and played throughout the night or would have in the background while I work at night, when they suddenly disappeared from Spotify I honestly did not realize how important a part of my routine that was for keeping a positive attitude. It didn't click until just now, we finally subscribed to UA-cam's ad free version can be played when the screen is off. And the first thing I did was find your channel again and start listening here at work as I go about my tasks. I really do tend to see the worst possible outcomes. And maybe that was a good survival tool when I was a child, but it sure isn't helping me now. I'm not going to let that happen again, and I'm glad to have your wise reminders back in my head!
