Thanks for doing the videos. It gives me a good idea if I want to go there... seems like just as good as Wauseon.
Going to have perfect weather for all the days, might even need a sweatshirt in the evenings. Thanks for showing us around
what a great show ! love those Yamaha s.
Another good video , and it was a teaser, But it's always fun to watch one of your videos, Thanks from Pensacola,
Thanks again Dave nice job I love that Kawasaki 900 that's one of the best bikes of that period of time if it's not the best it's definitely in the top five
Rode up from Louisville Ky.Stopped at the AMA museum on the way.Stayed for the three days did the cycledrome bike show and races. The swapmeet was great picked up a few Harley parts and 10 motorcycle license plates for my collection.Great weather great time..Run some rain in Cincinnati on the way home..575 miles its all good..
Always hoping to see the mini bikes, you always pass them by
@@GenXMiniBikesToys oh, I'm sorry. I got one filmed for you coming up. Then one day I'll get to the minibike show in Bowers PA.
One of your best walk arounds Dave, I'm a big sentimental fan of the XT500's.
I recon I spent more time on the back wheel on my XT's than 2!
The Honda CB900 F2 Bold'or's are far & few between these days also, at least here in Australia anyway!
That YDS3C in blue is just like mine!!!! My first bike was also one 😊😊😊😊😊
Great😊
Thanks Dave 😎👍you are the closest thing to getting me to all the events the vendors are there to sell and some vendors are there trying to fill Fat Pockets!!!
Thanks dave
Right on! If you come across a Suzuki two-stroke street bike collection there, I'd love to see it! i.e. GT185, GT380, GT550s....all the best to you! Travel safely!
👍 thanks
Good times Dave...Great post. Let us know what you buy.
Your a street bike guy. I like dirt but I respect your channel
@@leonreed4252 Thanks man. Did you see the york swap meet? more dirt oriented
Saw ya today, you were busy riding some kind of bike. I hope to say hi tomorrow or Sunday.
@@waltersaari7954 I'm probably pulling out saturday night. That little kawasaki was having some problems, bogging mostly
Did you see any 1976 Honda CR250 Ellsinore's or 1987 Honda 450 Rebels for sale? Thanks for the video!
I remember in the 70's when Kawasaki tended to get more attention than it deserved. In my town, a little old church became a Kaw dealer, and my friend and I walked up the steps, came to the entrance (the sanctuary?) and we were greeted by a man that reminded me of an usher. He asked me what my preference was, street or trail, and handed me a bulletin, excuse me, a brochure.
The enduros were on one side and the street bikes on the other, and up front on the raised platform were the 3 Triples, facing the ah, congregation or whatever. It was weird.
G Day Dave nice to meet you at the swap called by but you were away from your site. hopefully catch up next year
just watched your short on mecum purchase what a lying thieving bastard happens here as well at various auction houses
Cheers Greg
Hey Dave. I just wonder if you ever run into any TT500 Yamaha. I had one back in s*** I can't remember late 70s I guess or something like that might even been somewhere in the 80s. But I would like to have one any idea of what one would cause I do not have to have a museum peace😊 have fun continue enjoying your bikes
That Benelli Panther 125 was mine before I sold it to that guy. It had four tenths of a mile on it.
Walked right by that Yamaha 74 RD at 21.41. That's one fun bike, just wondering the price.
@@fredlope4947 I'll try to find it tomorrow. No promises though
Was that a 250 ??
Have s 05 dyna with a bad ECM. Need help! Any ideas? Has been down for over a year, has been at Harley for the last two months part on back order.
Young Dave, you keep looking at TT's. Must think your right leg needs exercising. I'll tune in for more for more from that event so keep them coming.
Anyone who can start a 500 single probably already has one.
I saw the opening day video. Are there anymore from VDM?
@@RossReninger Yrs, i'm just getting back home now. I'll start working on it
@@bullpencycles Outstanding!!
i think that was peg bundy of MWC around 8.10 ! i recall after al wrecked kellys bike peg took the v twin upstairs ! vroom vroom
What can I get for a yamaha dt400, 1977? New piston, rings, cylinder already bored and honed
Basket case
I just got a 70 Honda CD175. Does anybody know where I can get parts for it? Tune up, carb rebuild, tires, etc.
That Z1A was the bees knees and not extortionate by current prices. You could have zoomed in a bit more for a better look but most people by now get you don’t particularly care for these bikes!….
Some of those prices are stupid high and others pretty reasonable.Sounds like Mid Ohio for sure.
I was wondering in your professional opinion. I currently own a Honda XR250r and I have rode several dirt bikes my whole life, Now at 60 years old in halfway good shape I just want a very reliable 2 stroke just to knock around on nothing real crazy fast just a good dirt bike, because I miss sniffing two stroke oil and gas. Question what would you buy if it was your only two stroke.
Street legal or dirt only?
@@bullpencycles Dirt only, The only reason I asked about this is the 2 stroke bikes you know about are very different to me then what I am use too, like the norm Japanese etc. I was kinda wanting something off the wall but reliable and parts available. But a nice 2 stroke Japanese 125cc would do just something to have fun with around my property.I guess I am getting the bug for something else. Thanks
Put those long flowing locks in a man bun and put on some skinny jeans. That will fool the paparazzi Dave😮
yes, it will
Buell looks OK except for the giant plastic airbox.
Two strokes will need crank seals, and it's a pain with a multi.
There are some gems amongst the junk.
I'll take a Can Am 250.
No Bultaco's............
Part 2!
I had texted about a TT add 5 minutes later you walked by one..
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccccccccccccgggggggkkkggggggggggggggg ! Buy the orange Yamaha 500 and sell it to me for 6! How could you walk past that! Aluminum tank in perfect condition! Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Instead of a disguise , how about a hair cut ?
