If you haven’t already I would keep the brown table it’s a nice accent and goes well with the floating mount. I’m a witness, something just happens. I had the same thing happen to my house when I bought it. Fixed that. Then my garage door caved in. Replaced that with a lifetime warranty and got new gutters. 9 years later our house has doubled in value. Tip: get a home warranty. We got the pick 10 from American Home Shield and picked electric, plumbing, washer and dryer, and all the major stuff. Y’all got this Brooke ❤
Yes we have a warranty but will be checking out American Home Shield as well

Hello Brooke thank you for sharing your life with us. I love the two of you. Funny store my husband and I got a new washer and dryer delivered and they didn't hook it up correctly so water was coming down the vents fire alarm and lights. I just laughed when you sd that. I have a 1 year old grandson and when the water came down he sd oooohhhh ooooo lolll. Keep up the good vlogging and I'm going to keep watching

I drink that kombucha, yes it’s a very tart bitter taste but I think it also depends on the flavor, my faves are pink apple lady, lemon ginger, bubbly grape(?), tangerine & passion fruit. And typically I drink 1/2 bottle in the morning, It really helps with stomach bloating.

Brooke hang in there things happen. My husband and I went through a leak in our new home about 4 months after we moved into our brand new home as well. Floors had to be taken up walls loud fans I felt bad too because it tried to drain me but GOD!!! I was so glad to have things back in place but then the wrong floors were put back in😖. It literally went on for about a month due to work schedules. But now things are put back. Greater is coming God got ya’ll

Hey girl hey! Love your channel and love the house! But I feel ya, cause when I bought my house everything was in great condition when we got the inspection, hot water heater was only a few months old and baby 1 month later it went out chile!!!! I was like what in the what and we had to order a piece that took a while to get in 😩. Glad that is over and done. So I do think that saying is somewhat true as well.

I’m sorry about what happened with the water damage but don’t stress everything will get done , I close on my house in literally less than two weeks so I’m excited and I hope everything goes smoothly and it’s an easy transition.
