My husband and I bought new construction we been in our house now for 10 months it was the best decision ever! It was not as stressful as trying to find a pre built pre lived house. I definitely felt the “im the only one that done sat on this toilet “… the only stressful part is waiting on the house to be completed.. congrats to you guys

Buy a home in every city you guys are stationed in. When you go to the next duty station, rent it out using a reputable property management company. There are military couples who have 5+ paid off homes when they retire using that method.
SAY IT LOUDER !! Thanks for this motivation. We are def thinking about doing this. But so happy to finally purchase our first investment property.

As always loveee your videos I know the process was stressful my man and I brought a new construction as well and these prices in California are ridiculous. It’s crazy these used homes are charging the same prices as these new builds so I’m glad we went with a new build. We close in December so we are very excited!!
