I also enjoyed your shinkansen ride to Yuzawa, Niigata - been playing the video several times, and still it's so exciting to me. :-) You know, I just finished reading the book written by some czech traveller who hitchhiked Japan in 1970s... the book is quite an older piece, but the message is as valid today as it was then. It says something like this: "Who got enchanted by the magic of Japan, he's got enchanted forever."... and that's how I feel about Japan and your channel, Rambalac. Fantastic drone footage at the start, and i appreciate how you mixed in some local sounds too, such as the river. 23:56 was strangely my favourite part! I love how the infrastructure of the town has tiny waterways / drainage like this, and the tiny bridges across them! Also, its crazy how deep some of those snow drifts are!
Love the sound montage during the drone flight, full pro. Now you can expect hundreds of people asking "where did you bought so quiet drone" ;) Edit: 9:52 if possible you might try to slow down jerky drone movements in postprocessing.

i have 7.1channel stereo and that was some of the best ear candy i have ever listened to.at the creek the audio pans in different directions, talk about awsome.
The drone footage in the beginning makes me want to live near the top of one of those tall buildings in the slope. I imagine it would be inconvenient to get home up the slope in the winter, though :D

Love the ambient sound on the drone shots. You must have dubbed that in and faded up and down to get the effect of being closer to the river? The Japanese have mastered the drainage problem in most areas. I have seen a few things in your videos that gave me an idea to improve a drainage problem I have on my property. Seemed to be a lot of english signage for the tourists. I hope you had fun on this trip, we sure did. Blessings.
Hi I really like your videos! Could you do Kobe Port walking? I really liked the port. Also, would you consider going Tateyama? The scene there is incredible in summer. Now that no one can go to Japan travel, I missed Japan Alps.
I can't believe how clean the streets are. If it snows here, it'll take weeks to clean them up like this. The snow level is taller than a normal person. Bravo Japan.
