how to carry laggy AFK teammate

Pls don't attack any players in the video. Tactiby and Sikey are my rank duos this season, and they've been carrying me. In this match, he was lagging early game and kept getting phonecalls mid-game. We still managed to pop all the ciphers and it was funny to think about. After talking to Tactiby, he doesn't mind if I upload and share with you guys :D
