I experienced it's relevant only if you have sincerity on a global spiritual path, and not doing remedies mechanicaly for shorts benefits. :) It will have an effect but not the same quality... Anyway it's better than nothing and it can lead to the spiritual path, at the end. Your presentation is very complete thanks you, very informative, very helpful. 💞💕
