As a German I can tell you that it's also called Dinner for One in Germany. "Der 90. Geburtstag" aka "The 90th Birthday" is just a subtitle that nobody uses anymore. Maybe they did when it came out in the 60s but nowadays even in the official program and TV guides it's just called Dinner for One.
This series shall never end.

I have checked and it seems possible, and you correct in that you can’t get the pfp or google apps, or the logo. You can get the search bar though which I find hilarious

Dinner for One (Grevinnen og hovmesteren) is played on the 23th of December (the day before Christmas) every year in Norway, on the main TV channel at 21:00, as a tradition for 42 years. So almost everybody knows it here in Norway!

Between the use of a Premiere, the multiple mentions of how the last video did poorly, and mentions on how it sure would be good if this video did well... I get the impression you are mildly-salty that Part 8 did poorly, CHM. And maybe got demotivated over making more of this series, hence the long stint between part 8 and part 9.
I get it, as a creator myself. I hate when I put out content that I think will do well and then it doesn't.
Still, I think it's not the best look to vent that into your content like this. I often blame the algorithm more than the viewers for this happening, so venting this towards the viewers is sort of missing your target. Even if it is the 'fault' of the viewers for not watching...well, the people you are venting to ARE watching, so they don't really deserve the vent either. Sadly, the people you'd like to express the gripe to are exactly the people who won't be listening for it.
Something else to keep in mind: your 'badly-performing video' of Part 8 still gets numbers us smaller creators would LOVE to have on our channels. My best videos rarely do as well as your 'worser' ones. If you don't like the numbers on part 8, I'll happily take them if you don't want them, lol.
I'm probably overanalyzing, but. I just felt motivated to say a few thoughts here.
