They introduce a difficult boss... and then add a buff that makes it easier to complete

Yeah, in a game that's already too easy unfortunately.

In my opinion, the daily and weekly activities are good for this game. Daily activities you can do in around 15-30 minutes depend on your quests easily while doing normal stuff, and the rewards are great. Weekly activities, on the other hand, you can do in a couple of days, like 1-3 depending on how often you play, like if you are farming tit or v2, you can easily get tracks, so you can then go for hard versions of those bosses, which gives you 18 keys, and in the meantime, you can do other challenges from the list without really looking at them and at some point in the game this buff not really gives u any major lead on the other players.

You can get 18 keys *if* your task for 18 keys uses those tracks. However, how many times will you need to re-roll to get that task? I don't really love the idea of spending 500 platinum on re-rolling tasks every week in order to get the tasks that aren't a complete waste of tracks. And the buff will always give you a major lead - even if you're Nyrx and have 3650 stats, you can just take the AP buff instead and that's effectively a 7.7% increase to your total strength - even more when you're AP debuffed, which is frequently the case in Sidraga, Morana, and Tarul.

So the thing is, you don't really need to re-roll the quests if you have good enough character. You can do every quest easily, like Mahet, Selena, etc., and from rewards, you can compensate for imperials lost from re-rolling. In the early/mid game, those buffs are helpful and can make a huge difference, but at some point, like when you have, for example, 58% of critics, you can have no more of them, or when you do tarul in 15 minutes, these 5% and few stats don't really matter. It's good to have them to have a little boost like these few stats, but really, it's not like you can do every instance 5 minutes quicker every time.

@@kamilslimak4952 It's mostly about the principle of it, but per my previous comment the buffs are still a massive boost even if you have 58% crit 60% double attack and +15 g3 all gear - just take the AP buff and it's a significant multiplier to your capabilities. So no matter how progressed your character is, the buffs will make you a lot stronger. But really it's a slap in the face to people who've worked hard to progress their character and now see that they could have just done some weekly challenges to do the same content that they had to grind to do. And it makes you question why you should spend time in the game at all - if you quit now and decide to come back in 12 months, odds are there will be even more systems like this that make it trivial for you to catch up. So no point in playing 10 hours a day and spending thousands of dollars a year, just go play other games and come back for a month whenever new content is released.
So for me personally, who spends a lot of time in the game, I hate the system. I enjoy grinding and getting stronger over time, but these buffs make that time feel less valuable. I'm sure it appeals to more casual players who see it as an opportunity to do content without putting in the same hours, which is fair - if the devs want to target that market more and not cater to the players who want to spend more time playing, that's totally fine. It's just such a surprise to see this happen when for the past two years the devs have been making the game grindier and grindier - they drove away all the casual players, cultivated only hardcore players and whales, and now are trying to flip the demographic. It's just a weird choice in my opinion and I don't really trust where the devs will take the game next.
