Death is giving me a grin this year. I'm showing signs of stage 2 heart failure and noticed I have a regular heart skip issue, took it up with my doctor and now getting a heart score CT corinary test done to see what's going on inside. Me electrical levels are ok though. But I also need a cholesterol lab done. This whole year I've been losing weight, unable to do as much physically and not sleeping or eating much anymore.
After living in Thailand for 2 solid years, back in 2011 to 2013 I've made a second home there at heart. Did 1 year traveling Koh Samui, Krabbe island, Bangkok, visiting Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and spending the second full last year in Northern Chiang Mai. I was there purely for Muay Thai while I was an assistance instructor in a travel program based as a modernized American ninjutsu. I trained with a Thai champ who was 7 years undefeated, in Chiang Mai the last 6 months before leaving and he told me.. "Take our way with you and make your own way" He knew how fond I am of their culture and Muay Thai tradition but didn't want me limiting my learning and exploration of self and other things in life. They never forget your face in Thailand and most dont spar heavy, it is considered rude and immature. You'll become an impudent brat to them. I didn't like having the coconut slamming my core during crunches, or doing power round kicks until my bones feel like they are bleeding, battering my shin on a heavy bag for nearly 2 hours, took 1 hour each leg, about 500 kicks each side. Beautiful people. Land of smiles
@@_dylansaeed Do you see any asking? It's called expressing feelings and sharing travel experiences for people who perhaps haven't been but want to go to Thailand. Also the importance of sharing culture to help others refrain from common ignorant mistakes around a respectful culture. Get over yourself man.
Your gonna feel the pain way later if you have been doing sport all your life. SO better get the pain early so you dont suffer that hard when your getting old.
I like to think that the first guy isn’t kicking he’s just sneezing really hard and the guy with the pad is there just to make sure he doesn’t hurt anyone.
Dont get me wrong rodtang is my favorite figther, but he would lose to many thai figthers, he got like 350 figths, 100 losses, most of those losses were when he was fighting in thailand, thai figthers are way harder than most mma figthers
does anyone know the names of the songs used in the background? im doing a documentary on fighting, but recently we've had a corruption so i no longer have my song lists
Its gentle hits. No matter how strong they are no one can survive a sledgehammer to the gut. If you want to see someone actually get hit with a sledgehammer for training good luck
Yeah as the others have said you should check out One FC owned by Thai Chatri Sityodtong who has a deep conn3ction to MT trough the famous Pattaya Sityodtong camp. Hence many Thais coming to one also for the caged 4oz gloved MT.

When your young you want to feel pain and as you get older your spending all your time trying to get rid of it ...

this just humbled my fighting skills
you dont wanna mess with these guys, they train to live and most of them based on experience are highly commited just to get out of poverty
Poverty is much less miserable than jealousy
Muay thai fighters are so cool
This is why no Muy Thai fighter ever needs power tools. Who needs a drill when you are the drill.
You know your gang is strong when you casually beat each other up and may be even smile while doing so💪
This is inspiring.
