- Trying to get more wear out of this skirt I’ve had in my closet for 6 years and worn once. Not a lot of formal occasion so dressing it down for daytime.

Sharon, I hope this is not offensive. I do not want to be insensitive. I'm a woman of color but, I'm not black. But I am aware of Alopecia being a challenge for Black women. That being said. I so admire the grace in which some black women wear a bald head. To me it's so very beautiful & empowering. You're the perfect example. You ROCK your beautiful head. You're gorgeous! Julia, I take no offense to your comment. You were not rude in your comment at all and I do ask for opinions as long as we’re respectful to each other. I was fully repaired to shave my head when I thought my hair follicles were dead but upon discovering that they were not dead I decided to do what I could to regrow my hair. I have quite a few friends that is bald and they’re simply stunning. I hope that I don’t have to go bald but if I do know that I will rock my bald head. New subscriber to your channel. The skirt is beautiful and I'm thinking about the option of adding a fabulous belt that would be a complimentary asset. Have you considered hemming the skirt? That could give you an option if you want to wear a comfortable ballet flat, low heeled mule or sandal if your feet are not in the mood for a very high heel, as the length would not be dragging on the floor or on ground. I wonder what ideas could be done for a new placement for pockets. Love the idea of wearing an oversized man's shirt with the skirt. I see a possible collaboration video in the future with another fellow You Tuber (Angela's Fashion Mix).
Karen, thank you. I’m familiar with Angela and her channel, she’s amazing. We’ve had conversations in the past about a different subject. I may consider having the skirt shorten to allow me to utilize it more once the maxi trend is over. 😊
Quick, but important questions. What brand of hair fibers do you use? And, do you apply the fibers everyday? Finally, do you wash out at night? I look forward to hearing from you. ❤
Vera, I’ll attach the brand I purchase from Amazon. I spray a little conditioning leave in spray because the fiber needs to attach and then just sprinkle the fiber in the areas that I need it to go. I follow up with L’Oréal dark brown spray because black is too harsh set with a little hair spray. I wash it out every 3 days and redo. I use BOLDIFY Hair Fibers for Fine, Thinning Hair (BLACK) and L'Oreal Paris Root Cover Up in dark brown.
