I never used frozen tuna for poke, but I think you can. Actually the ones I buy from store might be defrost. Of course fresh tuna will taste so much better though.
Hi Britnee, I calculated the total calories based on myfitnesspal's calorie count, and it became about 280 cal (1 serving)for poke part and 205 cal (1 serving) for cooked rice. So it will be 485 cal for 1 poke bowl.

Once it’s freezed you’re good for within the year. Just let it thaw for about half the day naturally. I think around 5-8 hours
