This is the exact symptoms I was having. When I knew there is no cure for it, I was concerned. But, when I found it can be minimized and regular exercise can help in slowing the progression, then I felt pretty confident about it.
Currently I'm in a recovery phase and it's just my fingers have numbness.
Hoping to get back to normal soon.
Thanks Roche for giving me confidence.

Thanks for sharing Craig, I have another condition, but I now understand why I've started preparing the veg for evening meal at lunchtime, when my painkillers are at full effect, and the house is quiet with no disruptive background noise, I realise I'm doing it because need maximum effort and attention to do something as basic as peeling carrots. Thanks, because I thought I was going off my rocker doing strange stuff at strange times. when what I was doing was adapting to be mostly exhausted and in pain. Lets hope you can carry on playing your jazz for ages.
