Mike israetel is easily my favorite person in fitness. Listening to him speak teaches me about training and motivates me to train harder with more volume.

My worst fear as a natty lifter is leaving gains on the table
Sometimes i wish i could leave gains on the table. My arms are too big and chest and legs too big. I want to stop growing. I do 3 bicep curls and just grow its so annoying.

As a female, even though the period goes away..I unfortunately, still experience all the other changes (mood changes, bloat, water retention, strength loss) slightly less severely, but it still happens. Just wanted to mention that since it can still be an issue for females even if their period stops.
Absolutely, amenorrhea has mostly to do with hormones where's all the other things you've mentioned aren't purely based on hormone levels.

How long should a massing phase last before minicutting ?
There's no "should". As long as you feel comfortable and still make reasonable progress.
Revive Stronger ya but whats the minimum for a beginner that you would recommend ?
Ziisis HyY Somewhat of a rough guideline: in the video Mike recommends not going beyond the point where you can no longer see your abs.
Usually a 4 to 1 design is used. Depends on fat level and training level.

Why do females recover faster is it because they’re producing smaller loads or does estrogen have help with recovery?
One aspect of it, yes
I think another aspect is the fact that they generally don't have as much muscle mass. Smaller muscles require less recovery time. Maybe that's an oversimplified theory. I'm not a doctor. Lol
