if Vgs = Vds at some point in your graph then will not my MOSFET die? because Vds tends to 100V and Vgs around 5v i didnt understand or maybe its silly to ask but please rectify it
little bit confused about how the mirror capacitance work, when it is stored 10x power and when it stores 1x power, and what are the effects of this capacitor.
the given capacitance is at certain condition like voltage and switching frequency and temperature. could you please tell me how I can find actual capacitance 3:03 ?
So well thought out that no one needs to comment.

very nice and useful video.
keep making more such videos.
i'm very grateful for ur videos
Thank you, I will
Very good explaining!👌
VDS doesn't fall before Vgs reaches its threshold...in your graph shows VDS starts falling before Vgs reaches its threshold
The world's best teacher

very good explanation
Why is this graph different from the T_D vs V_DS characteristic graph? As V_DS increases, I_D should increase and saturate.
I have a question about the rise fall time how to reduce it ?
Igbt ke uper video banavo
Sir please make video on multivibrators using transistors
Nice video very helpful thank u sir
Thank you so much! Please show support to my video with Super thanks and don't forget to subscribe to our channel
Low Side Switch.. explain this with High side in next video

Nice video, thank you :)
Thank you so much, Glad you liked it!!

I think it's called "Miller capacitance" which is basically gate-to-drain parasitic cap
Can you make video for Line Regulation and Load Regulation
Sure I'll.
the given capacitance is at certain condition like voltage and switching frequency and temperature. could you please tell me how I can find actual capacitance 3:03 ?
It is mentioned in the datasheet
@@FoolishEngineer In datasheet, It is mentioed for certain condition only.
Why @Vds equals to Vgs Miller capacitance start to take effect, and will increase 10 times? any physics can explain? Cmi=Crss=Cgd am I right?
This was helpful, thx 🙂
Thank you so much! Please show support to my video with Super thanks.
You have not mentioned what is rise time, turn ON delay time, fall time, turn OFF delay time...
Very good sir
Thank you so much, Glad you liked it!!
Hello sir. which device can be used to obtain the switching characteristics?
BJT, MOSFETS or IGBT's depending on the application you want to use it for
