Normalize being at home sometimes. There’s nothing wrong with BEING OUTSIDE. I’m nit saying to be a home body. Learn to enjoy your home with feeling the need to allie exteral factors to define how you spend your time. I like to be outside too but it’s nothing like being at home enjoying my family.
