43... My absolute favorite! (Didn't know anyone else knew about it). What are the chances of that recipe being shared? (Dairy mixed with liquor hasn't worked well for me in the past, but perhaps your concoction will be an exception).

If you know, you know! Simply top the 43 in a shot glass (or better yet - a shot glass that looks like a beer mug) with a very little bit of heavy cream. Pouring it carefully and slowly, even using the backside of a teaspoon to pour it over helps make that nice beer head. Cheers!

Lots o' fun! We had hoped to bring Jasper but it was a particularly hot day, better suited for him being in the air conditioning 😎

Pretty close. We're always able to get under those bridges on the tender but sometimes you have to duck.
