Sir I am looking forward to begin my journey in anaesthesiology, Your insights, especially about job security and the availability of government positions, were incredibly reassuring and motivating. Knowing that anesthesiology offers a stable career path with ample opportunities has made me even more confident in my decision to pursue this field. Thank you for sharing your expertise and experiences. 🙏🏼
Sir one of the best interviews tht i ve come across abt this branch 🙏🙏 everything was to the point and wid so much of clarity regarding anesthesia and even abt the future prospects ...tq for this sir 😃
Critical Care is itself a very broad speciality. Broader than even General medicine, if somebody wants to be a 'Master' of the field. Patients of all types of critical illnesses get admitted and they require a very knowledgeable doctor to handle them. Otherwise night duties ke liye Anaesthetists best hote hain. They can handle ICU emergencies, ICU procedures and general care of admitted patients very well. Making complicated diagnosis and treatment requires deeper knowledge of general medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, radiology and surgery etc.
Very informative video… all doubts cleared in a very detailed fashion. Thank you so much sir for covering all the ground realities of various branches.
Thannk u so so much sir , for the interview.. Was waiting for this interview since you had made the video on Anesthesiology and u mentioned about Dr. Mayank sir there. How beautifully sir explained each and every doubt in a clear and crisp manner. Thanks a lot once again. (Sir, the video and audio quality both were just perfecttt.) Kindly don't stop making such videos , these are like a gem to people like us who are gonna participate in the upcoming neet 2024 counselling.

2 hours during the surgery...surgeon is working and anaesthetist sitting in the corner monitoring. Then for next 2 hours Surgeon sits outside, Anaesthetist reverses the first patient, prepares OT for 2nd patient and induces anaesthesia in 2nd patient. Anaesthetist arrive 1 hour earlier than the surgeon and leave 2 hours late, after shifting all patients.

Hello sir, is anesthesia branch is getting saturated? In my hometown itself , there are 80 seats of anesthesia and there are max seats of anesthesia overall. Will it get very saturated and we won't be able to find jobs in next 5-7 yrs? Sir please reply in detail
Total number of Anesthesia seats are usually less than the total number of surgical seats (ObGy, Gen Sx, ENT, Ophthal, Ortho) along with Super Speciality Surgical seats like Neuro, Uro, Gastro, Onco, Pedia Sx branches like Psychiatry require GA for ECT and even sometimes for sedation in radiology Anesthesiologists are called. This is just Peri-Op, there's also ICU and Pain Management available as options.
Thanks a lot. And everyone says in starting u earn really good in anesthesia but in some time it plateaus. I just wanted to know after approx what time period it plateaus and at what salary like at 2 lakhs ???

Sir is critical care a good branch for females?
No.
Gender doesn't matter. Willingness to do hardwork matters.
If women can do gyaenocology, then they can take any medical branch.
