How is that in the best interest of the child. I do not trust a parent who moves and THEN asks for permission. It's a violation and it displays hubris. What Dad did was entitled and wrong. The judge and parents are both making the child pay a high price for their inability to ask the only question that counts: what is good for the child? Future cases should show a lot more concern for the integrity of the child's life.

Courts have no business involved in family matters unless danger exists with the child. True adults work out all these details on their own. Family courts make billions a year off this madness. Family attorneys will admit they have lucrative careers because parents or divorcées are toddlers when it comes to this. So many headaches and travesty when courts involved.
This is extremely sad and ridiculous. The plaintiff’s attorney plays games by childishly siding with the judge. The family law court is focused on the wrong thing. Watching this just hurt. I don’t know how these attorneys and judges sleep at night, including this plaintiff. Sick. Just sick.
Why are they using the name of the minor child?' My understanding is that childrens names were not to be used in court and especially publicly ...and certainly bleeped out on you tube.
They do use children's names in court. UA-cam will bleep them out because it's not their video personally. But videos of court hearings are available to the public. UA-cam creators do it as a courtesy and out of respect of the parties.
WTH? Dad is in NV with the child, mom lives in CO and mom objects to dad and child relocating to Utah. It’s not like mom in in NV and child lives in NV with dad. NV or UT neither is the state mom lives in. Mom is just being difficult. What is mom squacking about?

I think she is showing up and being present. I used to shake and stand in front of them as well. In the end I discovered they sold custody to my former spouse. So if you know they are not following the law and everyone is against you because they sold custody and no one is on your side, you stand. They will make one parent out to be the bad guy and the other a good guy because the good guy is purchasing custody. They have to make it look like the other parent was not a good parent to keep the focus off of them and if anyone looked into the case would believe she deserved to lose custody. Know the red flags of custody being sod! I wore it!

The last 30 seconds of this video are the most important, "why would I tie dad to a state which you don't even live in mom" just because you represent yourself doesn't mean you're treated with kid gloves, the judge is arbiter not her lawyer or helper. That's why lawyers exist
@@davidsmnje Nevada has a new law but I think it only applies to assets and not kids. If one is rich, the other is poor, the poor one is entitled to a lawyer. Some Court have stated kids are property.

I havent seen the end of this video yet, but this judge seems to be biased against the mother. One important thing: judges deal.with domestic abuse all the time so why isn't she seeing fhe signs in the dad? 1) he called her a name that referenced her being crazy basically. That's what abusers do 2) he accused her of telling the daughter things that aren't her business, so he can infer the mom is using parental alienation, which is typical of abusers because they accuse others of things they're doing or want to do. 3) he told the daughterr that they were moving to UT before telling the mother OR getting permission from the Court. This isn't necessarily just for abusers but it shows he doesn't care about the best interest of his child. Like how is she going to feel if she can't move with him? after he's told her for a month or more how great it's going to be?? Then mom will be the bad guy and the daughter will be a pain in the.arse. Guess who's using parental alienation?? !ike I said, accusing others of what you're doing. 4) The worst thing of all.is lying when the mom straight up asked him about UT. Gaslighting. He knew she knew but denied it so she'd (hopefully) question her sanity. This point right here says hes not the better parent because it's childish and abusive. It also shortens the time mom and daughter have together before the move, so again not thinking of daughter here. It would be great if judge ruled against him and he gets to know what it feels like to be cheated out of transition time and it would be his own fault. 5) he purposefully took.the kid to emergency room when urgeng care was clearly the practical choice. Not must because insurance encourages it but also because the kid would be seen sooner than at the ER. But he had to be in contro!. The motive for abusers! All of this hows how incredibly immature he is. The judge commented about the distance being less if girl goes with dad. The distance will be closer if kid goes with mom. Duh! I really hope the judge isn't stupid and catches the games/manipulation going on.

I don't know Las Vegas, but I would feel more comfortable if my daughter was not living in Las Vegas.
The opposition shows the court what she wants by laying it out and then gives her the time to put the evidence down on paper to the court!! It’s the little things
The re-location is better for the mom. What is her problem? Closer, cheaper, she admitted that Utah had equal schooling and extra circular activities
I hope that the people at veterans in politics know that they’re not helping themselves here. It’s obvious that the mom isn’t happy and seems that she doesn’t want dad to be either. Lest she forget her CHILD.
Helping themselves how? This reflects what goes on in court everyday. Maybe showing these messes will motivate the viewers to take their marriage/children more seriously and not representing an agenda. Bias helps no one.
Her hygiene?????? I'm not buying it.
And it was good that the judge considered the conflict to possibly be contributing to the dropping of grades.
She needs to quit saying my daughter....but I’m on her side about him taking her to the er instead of urgent care, but that’s not why they are in court
It’s certainly one of the reasons; she should not have to pay for his irresponsibility, I agree.
@@doribellan irresponsible to bring your daughter to an ER as she was bleeding profusely??? Nope.
@@sashamulligan2993 It only needed three stitches. He would not allow himself to listen to her advice, out of immaturity. An urgent care is for these types of first aid needs. People run to emergency rooms way too abruptly.
I just keep thinking about the daughter. I feel for her so much. I believe wholeheartedly that she should be listened to. It’s her life and at 11 she can certainly voice her desires, if she’d like. These parents suck, yes, but the whole system… meeting like this for someone else’s life… being dirty with attorneys… none of this is good for her.
The mom thinks just because he did stuff that it doesn’t matter that she did stuff too. She was allowed to move but he can’t smh. The dad sends her with no clothes, that reminds me of my husbands ex wife, who used to send his son in old ragged clothes so we would have to buy new stuff.
Each parent should provide for their kids when in their home. Idk why this is a big deal.
Why is it that it seemed like the Judge felt as if she had to make sure she wasn't too hard on the Mom.? I've never heard a Judge worry about "being too hard" on a Dad when they had behaved in a malevolent manner and involved their child... Justice should be blind, but it never seems to prove it..
So custody isn't changing at all... she's just not in control. Narcisism is a bad problem in the family courts but a Narcissist is rarely self aware, otherwise they wouldn't be narcisistic.
it seems a lot of the defendants on this channel have no attorney. i agree with Louis Gasper below. you cannot go into these situations representing yourself. period. i know i couldnt
You can that the judge did not enjoy making a life changing decision like that.
I would not want the fathers lawyer
Right she suck
She is perplexed, but knows her law!!
Too much stumbling over words.
She's an excellent lawyer. But as you know so much, you should definitely represent yourself!
Why do these people interrupt the judge?
And she has holes in her shoes but had an iPad? Hmmmm okay lady.
The fake damsel in distress crying is par for the course
These parents are so concerned with status. They go to this school n that school. I need to connect with my kids so she can go to boarding school.
Is there another video after this? Do we ever find out what the judges decision was?
In hind sight, why is marriage even legal?
If you think the government is gonna give you justice when it comes to family law....... Wrong
Family law always seems hard, even when it is fair. We like to see a winner and a loser but that is often not just, not fair, and even impossible.
@@oldbatwit5102 the adversarial system is brutish. The best parents settle out of court. This judge really seemed to focus on law, procedure, child rather than the parent's squabbles. I hate mudslinging and nitpicking, and especially misrepresentation and lies.
I like this judge normally but she is absolutely dismissing this mom and doing those at noises like hurry up is so annoying
See another video on this channel with Michael Sternberg Plaintiff v. Shelley Anne Warneck and in that case mother took the two boy's from Nevada and told the court (this same judge), that she was just on a vacation in California. To this very day the father has not seen his son's. Nevada was the home state for the two boy's, this judge kicked the case to California. The father has a UA-cam channel called Father in Exile. A parent is suppose to have permission first from the other parent before relocating in some states, I heard this mother say he already relocated before asking the court for permission to relocate. Maybe this judge shouldn't handle relocation cases, UCCJEA cases. She dismissed everything the mother said, I agree.
The sad part is my daughter's mother has been sending her the exact same, threatening texts over the phone. In addition my daughter and I have the goal to move to Fl. So this video is very helpful.
It’s so sad that parents forget about the kids .. after splitting they go to court mans say it’s all about the kids... but it’s not.. it’s becomes tit for tat and poking and lying and just get stupid!!!
Actually...listen to both sides and look at things from both perspectives assuming the role of putting yourself in the place of their Aunt or Uncle and that you want the best for him or her depending and think it through...what could you see as the best outcome...for the child's well being priority#1, and then in terms of attempting to trying to point them both in the right direction for them both to grow as parents and as role models to thier own
Always have a lawyer
In family court about 70-80% of litigants are self represented. It's not criminal court. Not a lot of people can afford an attorney.
@@Cannabidragon most people don’t have highly contentious, highly litigious divorces spanning multiple hearings for years. If you want to fight tooth and nail then maybe you really should consider a lawyer.
@@connormathias5779 Oh I agree. I'm just saying that most don't for many reasons, money usually being the top one, on average most self represent because of that. Hence the higher statistical numbers of people who self represent. Divorces, if it is dragged out or includes a lot of filings etc., can get pretty darn expensive.
@@Cannabidragon very true. I think most people probably realize that even if they’re mad at their ex, family court hearings and evidentiary trials are literally fun for nobody and expensive, so they just figure it out.
We obviously don’t see that happening on this channel very much though! 😂
It's not the move. It's about removing a tween from her school and social life. The judge and both parents missed the point. This little girl is being ripped away from HER life.
Great lawyer.
Susie Pittman I would not hire that lawyer
Susie Pittman lawyer is a joke
I agree
Sounds like a fair judge.
Who does the child want to live with? That is who they need to ask. She should have had a lawyer.
I didn’t know this mother was a doctor and knew what the daughter needed medically as far as stitches. Interesting. And last time I checked most if not 99% of urgent care facilities do not do stitches
CVS, Walgreens, Right Aid, etc. Are not "URGENT CARE" Facilities.... Urgent Care Facilities are able to do stitches...
Eric Ulator depending on what state you are in. For instance Florida and I should have stated where I was referring beforehand does not allow urgent care facilities to do stitches. Now ER’s which are stand alone entities can but they are shady.
Urgent care in PA can do stitches, etc...
Lol, that’s just crazy talk because I’ve been stitched at Urgent Care.
Where is any male judges, these family courts are bais.
Why are you scared to post McDonald hearing? Is he guilty?
David Freeman there has to be something VIPI is trying to hide.
Candice filed an order to have the case sealed. There is no public information to be uploaded, shared, seen, posted, enjoyed, marveled at, laughed at, disgusted by, surprised by, exasperated by, etc.
He was found guilty and serving prison time. I watch his trial when I want a good laugh
Mom didnt have strong arguments, didn’t even filed a counter motion. Didn’t hire an attorney, yet had money to send other daughter to boarding school. I’m assuming they had joint physical custody prior?
I’m in the middle of relocation case, where I am the one moving 1h (driving) away from my ex. He’s strongly opposing, hired a lawyer. I’m preparing.. like a boxer before stepping to the ring 🏋️♀️
Was the move away granted?
This lawyer does not stop talking
Who planted the marijuana in the court room?
@32:57 in Mom realizes she is not going to be heard in terms of change of custody and it's like night and day...the fangs come out and she begins becoming hateful and accusational...I could see it coming though, she was really telling herself that the Judge was going to give her custody for ,..you heard her...HER daughter.. lol..
He had a choice and put someone else above his daughter. So sad. Mom had a choice and put someone else above her child. So sad. Both need to put child first. If mom does not live there, dad should be able to move.
Its foolish to let the state into your family and home. That's what you teach to keep out!!!
I totally agree 100 percent but I wish it was that simple bro.
The disdain for each other is more than the love for the child so sad
This is extremely sad and ridiculous. The plaintiff’s attorney plays games by childishly siding with the judge. The family law court is focused on the wrong thing. Watching this just hurt. I don’t know how these attorneys and judges sleep at night, including this plaintiff. Sick. Just sick.
Where is this judge nowwwwww
Vote her innnn!!!
C's D's and F's - a very troubled child.
Good attorney!
Why are they using the name of the minor child?'
My understanding is that childrens names were not to be used in court and especially publicly ...and certainly bleeped out on you tube.
They do use children's names in court. UA-cam will bleep them out because it's not their video personally. But videos of court hearings are available to the public. UA-cam creators do it as a courtesy and out of respect of the parties.
WHAT AN AMAZING Judge..!!!!🇺🇸
Did the judge burp at 25:23. Lol
WTH? Dad is in NV with the child, mom lives in CO and mom objects to dad and child relocating to Utah. It’s not like mom in in NV and child lives in NV with dad. NV or UT neither is the state mom lives in. Mom is just being difficult. What is mom squacking about?
She wants custody to her in Colorado
with that being said and such and stuff he got help from his mother and how is that fair 🤮
Know nothing of history, but to marry and buy a home in another state shows he expects the judge to rubber stamp what he wants. Sure he's spent lot of money, she on the other hand doesn't have the resources. I was gas lighted by my manipulative ex husband so I'm a bit predjudiced.
I have to say that my heart breaks for this mother. Please people get an attorney!!! Both the parents need to get it together because Molly Sue is being used as a pawn in a game of broken heart chess here. I believe there is some serious hurt deep down in Mama here.
I wore it!
I agree, especially when she can clearly afford it!
This mother left! She failed to address legal issues before the court. How can dad send text messages from mom’s phone. At no time did father try to slander back. Mom’s greatest effort was tears!
Please. The lady has had no responsibility towards her kids. The father is the responsible one. She is completely nuts.
Hmm mom just talked about dad's aggression. Guess k was right but judge is stil!.aggressive toward her
Stay single, my brothers.
Attorney time
CRY, CRY, CRY, sniff-sniff, CRY, sniff, CRY -- But I'm a Woman! You can't do this to me, CRY, sniff-sniff, Cry! LOL, HAHAHA
I’ll rather represent myself then to hire his attorney. I have before and won but these days I have my lawyers on speed dial.
too bad he "fell" in love and got married, have her move to Nevada. The judge talks to her like she is a lawyer, the field is not level,,
The last 30 seconds of this video are the most important, "why would I tie dad to a state which you don't even live in mom" just because you represent yourself doesn't mean you're treated with kid gloves, the judge is arbiter not her lawyer or helper. That's why lawyers exist
@@davidsmnje Nevada has a new law but I think it only applies to assets and not kids. If one is rich, the other is poor, the poor one is entitled to a lawyer. Some Court have stated kids are property.

hate when these chicks try to qq thrue the entire case
I assure you that both men and women do this.
I feel bad for mom.. cause many people don’t know how the law works.. and many people don’t have enough money for attorney… it’s crazy I feel bad for mom, but the courts hand tide…
Is this judge new? She sounds familiar...and made a comment about taking over the bench and hopes to be there for a long time to come. I am wondering if she was an attorney in another case???
Dam Wow I think she took judge Marquis seat since Marquis moved to guardianship. Not sure though,
Marti Gregg thanks! I’m actually in Ohio and stumbled upon these accidentally...they are my guilty pleasure! The voice is driving me crazy because it sounds familiar. That’s why I was wondering if I happened to see her as an attorney from another case maybe. Again thanks!
@@damwow3201 yes, she was Maria Yurik's attorney in only one video. Maria couldn't pay her so she bowed out or maybe she just couldn't tolerate Maria. (I'm in Ohio, too, and yes these videos/cases are addictive. I've watched several of them over and over)
The judge sounds like Joan Cusack.
Yes! She has been on a few other vids as an attorney...the colt/plumber matter is the first that comes to mind!
