Don't ever need to apologize for not talking. Grew up on a cattle ranch there was never any talking unless you were yelling to get out of the way. It is very stressful. I read a story from a photographer about him photographing Bison in the wild. The problem the photographer had was the heard started to charge and he did not realize it at first and then he had to drop all his gear and run for the nearest tree. :) Tourists can be so annoying about the safety of the animals and themselves.

You shouldn't apologize for not talking while you're working them because your focus has to be on them and the job at hand. If you feel like you need to say something about what's happening while you're working them I'd rather you do a voice over than put yourself or others in danger because you're trying to do a running commentary. Hi Dusty. Great video. Love the channel. I grew up on a farm in Maryland and if I could give you one suggestion it would be to not have the dog around while separating or working your bison. I only worked with cattle and horses but we always made sure to have the dogs put up when we needed to work them. If your animals can see, hear or smell the dogs it adds to their stress level. No expert here, just a suggestion.

That’s why there are signs in the national parks where bison live that warn tourists to stay at least 75 feet away from them. They’re unpredictable and very, very, strong!

Don't apologize for doing what you need to do. You have such great love and respect for these bison and it shows. I grew up around cattle and remember the squeeze chute and all the vitamins, shots, castrations, etc. that had to be done and you don't mess around while that stuff is happening, Your average steer isn't nearly as dangerous as one of your bison but we still took great care. Thank you for doing what you do for these majestic mammals!🤎🦬

I watch to see the majestic bison. Keep them and yourselves safe. Some utubers talk way too much, repeating themselves over and over again.
You're one of my favorites and I always look forward to the notification.

You have to love those beasts. It’s hard not to get worked up, they are big and very strong. Keep up the great vlogs and work carefully.

How do they respond to the snow and cold weather? Do they get ill? I would love to assist during one of these procedures. Don't worry about talking when you are working, we understand. It looks intense, but so interesting 🙂
