Dusty you don’t need to apologise for keeping your animals safe, I get nervous for you handling these magnificent beasts, so we can see what you do is very stressful! Stay safe & enjoy your beasties ❤️❤️❤️ from South Africa 🇿🇦
Don’t worry about that. Talking in this type of situation is totally not necessary. Safety for all is MOST important
You should never be sorry for keeping the people and animals safe. That is the way it should be. That's one of the reasons I love watching you on here.
100% correct.
I third that!
I respect the fact that you respect the power of these animals and you keep it as safe as can be for all involved. Chit chatting about things isn't needed as that's when you make mistakes.
Aweson job you all do .I enjoy learning was a farm girl, only cows and chickens etc.rosie sinclair.
Lol. My dad akways told meto just do the job. That i coukd not talk andx work at the same time. Was so true. When you havea tough job to do you need to pay attention.
Am happy you guys try to be careful around these animals. Have always known how big and strong these Bison are. Ot amazes me that those little chains hold so well.
Thanks for the videos. Please stay safe. God bless
You do not need to apologize. It is absolutely fine.
Don’t be embarrassed- he is strong. And it was a learning lesson on how strong they can be. Thanks for showing your clip. I saw Daniels before.
You're doing just fine. I'd rather you be safe than talk. You can talk after. Love your video's! ❤😊
I am just happy to say he is the best history teacher
I am impressed with your problem solving skills! I know you are stressed but it doesn’t show in your videos. Do not worry about talking while working your animals. You just take care of them and yourself as you always do! Love your videos!
You DO NOT need to apologize for not talking while working the animals !!! I know I understand and I'm sure most everybody else does also. It seems to me that you are doing a wonderful job with them. I'm just pleased to be able to watch and learn.
Thank you for sharing
God bless
PS: These critters are NOT kittens, I get it 😮🤨🥰
Don't ever need to apologize for not talking. Grew up on a cattle ranch there was never any talking unless you were yelling to get out of the way. It is very stressful. We never had a shute we always roped. I love your videos and can feel the stress sometimes. I felt the stress and caught myself not breathing.
It takes a special person to work with these magnificent, powerful beasts.
That ok it important you stay safe
Dont worry about talking while you are working, stress levels are high enough just be safe! Thanks for sharing your life!
We can see and feel what’s going on! Don’t think we’re bored! Just continue to be safe!
don't worry about the amount of commentary, we get what we get, and I'm sure that we all understand that...👍🍁🤠
Absolutely! Stay safe❣️
Always take care of you first screw commentary💗

WHAT HE SAID!!
You are living my dream, friend. This is the footage that needs to be seen before people jump into this life and end up in an out of control situation they can't handle. You are giving these animals a good life and I love your channel. I'm in Ohio but I just bought a ranch out West and I'm considering Horses & few Buffalo so I will be eagerly scouring your channel lol. Great content!
Woo I yelled out loud when Belle Star broke through! No need to talk. The energy speaks for itself, Thanks for sharing.
I accidentally came across this channel & I'm addicted now. Love how you are with them, you really care about them & you have a connection with them, so great to see
Glad you did! Thank you for joining
Watching this made me think of the ignorant tourists that try to take selfies with these beasts in the wild. Powerful beautiful animals. Stay safe always!
I read a story from a photographer about him photographing Bison in the wild. The problem the photographer had was the heard started to charge and he did not realize it at first and then he had to drop all his gear and run for the nearest tree. :) Tourists can be so annoying about the safety of the animals and themselves.
they had a '"" tourist "" gored at Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky because he walked out past 3 fences to photograph the baby. momma charged and stomped and gored him. they air evacuated him. these animals are a force
you are such a wonderful owner of these animals..you show such stewardship!
I love how well you 3 work together and stay so calm!
I have been watching you for almost as long as @Arms Family Homestead and you know what you are doing. You know what needs to be done to keep you and the bison safe. I will keep coming back to watch you grow America's herd of bison. They are your herd but I think they're a symbol of our history. Take care. God bless and stay safe 🙏❤
Talking to the camera while working is a distraction that could get you killed-they out weigh you and they are wild animals in captivity. No need to apologize.
No apology necessary. I for one, didn’t miss the talking because of focusing in on the bison. That’s stressful just watching. I grew up on a cattle farm and ranch, I’ve seen them run through the shoot! Glad you got Dakota & Belle Star treated.
Never ever apologize For keeping those with you yourself and the animals safe! That's your job..
When you are concentrating so hard its hard to talk. Safety is job 1.
Thank you for videotaping this, safety is of the utmost! My youngest was talking about wanting to raise them, I tried to explain just how dangerous and powerful they are, so I shared your video. My older two got the pleasure of visiting a co-workers farm who hand them, as well as Rheas, peacocks, miniature horses. Thank you again. Stay safe.
Wow. The power in them is magnificent. I enjoyed the respect you have for them also.
Do not apologise for not talking during the time you’re working the bison. A picture paints a thousand words. I hold my breath every time one gets in the chute, praying that all your equipment holds and everyone is safe - THAT is your priority and everyone needs to respect that. Thank you for sharing this amazing life you lead - this Scottish 🏴 lass is in awe of what you and your family do! God bless xx
KEEP SAFE and we understand about you not talking while working! Great Job!
Dusty don’t apologize you have to focus understandable for sure! Who cares what other people say that probably don’t know what their talking about anyway!!!
Exactly!
I’d never expect you to talk while you are taking care of them..at all. I’m happy learning and watching and listening to you after or before. Thanks for sharing your beautiful Bison and time.
No need to apologize. Focus and stay safe. Enjoy watching yous especially working the animals in and thru the shoots. Thank you for sharing
I admire you for working bison. Years ago I helped work cows and hogs and needless to say even as hard and stressful that seemed to be at the time nothing compared to these "giants" you work. Prayers over you and those that help you for safety as you go about helping to keep your herd healthy and safe. 🙏❤👍
In all my 40 + years of working around horses, It pales to the pee my pants feeling of those bison. Be safe Tatonka!
You are so brave to have those animals, I got afraid of them only by looking at the video!
I was stressed out just watching you guys. Looked like that last one was going to hurt herself. I was so glad when she lifted her head & took off. You guys are awesome to be able to work all those bison without anyone getting injured, you or them. That is with the exception of some of your equipment.
I came across your UA-cam channel...and am learning alot about the Bison...and am impressed with the way you care for them...you truly love what you do...thank you for teaching this girl born and raised in Los Angeles California.
You do a very good job keeping us informed with what is happening. Most people understand when you are concentrating on your work. And if they don’t, you can’t help that. Great channel.
You and the family do a great job! Never apologize for keeping all safe! That is our 1st priority! Explaining before and after works just fine! Just glad you were able to get them ✔️ done!
I enjoy watching you working the bison, you stay safe.
Yeah Dusty, don’t worry about the commentary. The most important thing is that you are all safe! Those animals are huge and I am sure that one mistake could be tragic! We get the gist of what you are doing and I for one keep coming back for more! Love your channel!!!
Explain after, some before, no camera on chest some one might get hurt trying to get the “shot”. You don’t need extra straps to catch on things, horns or equipment. Perfect strap to post, thanks. 😃
Please don't talk during the working time, and dont apologize for doing a good job for the animals
Love watching the baby's. They are so precious. God Bless you all
I thought the bison was going to knock the door down. Great Job and Channel too with One Great Content. Thanks for sharing these amazing videos. Everyone have a happy and bless day. Happy New Year
Safety comes first, for you, those around you, and the Bison. Your learning as you go. Thanks for sharing.
Don't ever apologize for learning from your mistakes! Plus what you are doing with Bison has got to be one of the bravest things in the whole world to choose to do, are you kidding me your are awesome! I never thought in a million years that I would be watching videos of Bison on you tube before a few weeks ago when I learned about you from your bro in law. Thank you for teaching me something new.
Love seeing you working and caring for your hurd. Keep yourself safe. Don't care about talking. Hugs
💞💞 Oh my goodness! The bison are beautiful animals. 👍🙏☝️
Maybe it's time for a hydraulic actuated crush that they can't just force open it's safer for them and you mate!
Hi from Australia 🇦🇺 P.S. Always grind paint before you weld to see good results!
Great vlog! Has anyone on your ranch ever been injured by those beautiful animals?
I can't imagine how stressed you get working these animals. I get really stressed just watching. I really wish it wasn't so dangerous for you guys. My hats off to you. I do enjoy seeing your videos. I was raised on a cattle and hog farm in Georgia. Nothing nearly as stressful as what you do. Stay safe.
I like how he lowers he his voice and points to the dominant female behind his back so she WON'T know he's talking about her..... they are smart as shit and strong as shit.
Dusky, your Personality is so easily going! Your explanations are so great! You and Kevin do a very good job! Thank-you!
Dusty, don't worry about not talking when you're working bison. You and the bison take priority! You're doing just fine!
I'm pretty new to your channel, came over from Arms Family. I enjoy watching and learning about your bison and how you have to work them and how you're raising them. You shouldn't apologize for not talking while you're working them because your focus has to be on them and the job at hand. If you feel like you need to say something about what's happening while you're working them I'd rather you do a voice over than put yourself or others in danger because you're trying to do a running commentary. Keep up the get work. God bless y'all!
Thank you Dusty Family and Friends. Take care and be safe.
Another great video Dusty. You do a super job on these. Thank you
Dusty thank you for the sharing that you give. Your explanation of the things that are going on around your place is beyond what we all could possibly ask of you. Its great watching everything.
Dusty, do what you need to do. Stay safe! Don't worry about us. We are loving the video of these crazy critters
Thanks You are doing a great job.It takes a lot of guts and patience to work with these animals
Thank you I enjoy watching the whole process.
Enjoy is not the right word. It is fascinating and exciting. I do take a deep breath when you let one out. My admiration and respect to all who are involved. Not Talking while you work the bison is nothing to apologize for. The first priority is not us ,(the viewers) but all the workers and the bison. Thanks for letting us watch.
You're videos are great and I can't see anyone complaining, they're not puppies.
Well, I think adorable but you get it.
Our fam runs about 60 head cattle 2 Angus bulls, and I get stressed and hugh safety concerns for my husband, my heart was definitely pounding while you were working Bison...no need to talk to camera, focus on animals, your crew and Safety!! AWESOME JOB!! Really enjoying your channel!! Glad we found it!! Farm Friends in Heart of MO

Your videos are always interesting. The Bison are such awesome animals, so powerful yet can be so sweet. You have a great ranch.

You are doing just fine 🙂. Whatever you do for us we love everything you do for us. ❤😁 love Dunbar he's my favorite. Glad Kevin is helping you out get them all done. Yay.
WOW!!! I can believe the HIGH stress levels. Those are some powerful animals. Stay safe. Great video.
Bison are definitely a wild animal!! You are brave for raising them! You do a great job taking care of them. When there is a learning curve involved, mistakes will be made. It's called trial and error for a reason!😂 Don't be embarrassed for trying!! We appreciate you bringing us along in your endeavor!! Everyone understands safety first, especially working with such huge animals!! Keep up the great work!! I just love Dunbar! 😉

Adrenalin pumping stuff but not doubt way more for you guys on the ground than us watching- thanks and look forward to the next one
Love how you care for your animals.
Dusty you are doing great with your bison. You are alot more braver than I am. Dakota and belle star were really worked up. And I heard Dunbar snorting. I like to see you interact with your bison. You really care about them. It shows. I just enjoy watching and learning from you. Thank you dusty
Hi Dusty. Great video. Love the channel. I grew up on a farm in Maryland and if I could give you one suggestion it would be to not have the dog around while separating or working your bison. I only worked with cattle and horses but we always made sure to have the dogs put up when we needed to work them. If your animals can see, hear or smell the dogs it adds to their stress level. No expert here, just a suggestion.
I just came across you tonight and I have to say I love how you love your animals so much it shows. My husband seen me watching you and I was telling him about your video, He said now you want buffalo? LOL I said no they are dangerous. But I do admire them. Also love how you can walk among your animals. Just so awesome. Will be back.
No explanation needed... you do a great job sharing with us!
You do an awesome job no matter what others may think/say! Try not to be embarrassed about what you do...I'm proud of all you do n love your videos as intense and exciting as they can be! Keep up the good work n stay safe! God bless you and your family!
Don't worry about a commentary whilst working ,I just love watching the animals ,no need to talk.Information before and after your workload is plenty.Keep safe best wishes from us in Scunthorpe UK.
YOUR Doing AWESOME Don't worry about talking while Working!!! WE can all Watch and Just FEEL the Stress its all Good!!!!! THANKS for Sharing
Seeing what you're doing is fun. Thanks for sharing with us.
I am impressed how much Daniel supports you.
Thats understandable! Your safty and the safty of the bison are inportant and the ppl helping you out. Were just here for the ride, the knowledge of the operation on how it goes! Telling us befor hand what your doing is a good to know, so we can watch you do it. Don't think you need to keep talking to us when your busy! I'M sure we would rather have you and the team safe and the bison safe then is here you talk! God bless thankyou for all you do !
You do a great job with the Bison. Keeping them and the people as stress free as possible is your top concern. Don't worry about the comments. GOD BLESS CROSS TIMBERS BISON
Always informative and interesting. A learning experience for a observer new to these animals, close up. Thanks
Hello, I know nothing about Bison :) Are they always kind of high strung? or can they be tamed down some? Thanks! Very cool stuff!
Hey! They can be tamed down some like mine. When you pen them up and work them they get stressed out though
@@CrossTimbersBison Very cool stuff! Thanks
These bison ARE tamed down! You may have seen Dusty in the same field right next to his bison; they’re tame. You NEVER, ever, want to get anywhere near a wild bison! That’s why there are signs in the national parks where bison live that warn tourists to stay at least 75 feet away from them. They’re unpredictable and very, very, strong!
There is a video of a guy with a buffalo best bud you've got to see. Serch buffalo car ride.
@@SonneFarms you thinking about getting a herd of bison?
Don't apologize for doing what you need to do. You have such great love and respect for these bison and it shows. I grew up around cattle and remember the squeeze chute and all the vitamins, shots, castrations, etc. that had to be done and you don't mess around while that stuff is happening, Your average steer isn't nearly as dangerous as one of your bison but we still took great care. Thank you for doing what you do for these majestic mammals!🤎🦬
I hold my breath when you are working them! Can not even imagine getting near them as you guys do!
Respect for what you do. Never be ashamed of learning from your mistakes. 99% of us watching your videos can't and wouldn't do what you do!
Dunbar's tail 😂😂❤
hi dusky, this is linda from new zealand.as you will know we dont have bison here in nz but i love watching you work with them and i can understand why you have to be so careful working with those powerful animals.i really love following you with them.id love to be able to taste a piece of cooked bison,i believe its as tasty as you say it is.take good care of yourself dusty, its too easy for animals to get you when youre not expecting it,all the best duskyxx
I watch to see the majestic bison. Keep them and yourselves safe. Some utubers talk way too much, repeating themselves over and over again.
You're one of my favorites and I always look forward to the notification.
You have to love those beasts. It’s hard not to get worked up, they are big and very strong. Keep up the great vlogs and work carefully.
Never be sorry I’m so entertained I applaud all that you share and film don’t change a thing 👍🏼💕🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬
How do they respond to the snow and cold weather? Do they get ill? I would love to assist during one of these procedures. Don't worry about talking when you are working, we understand. It looks intense, but so interesting 🙂
You don't worry about talking while working! Rather see you and the Bison safe! Enjoy the working videos! Thanks! God bless!
It is amazing the focus you have to have to care for the bison. we understand the level of safety you go through. So you not talking
Is no surprise. Stay safe!
