Sometimes I loss around 30-50 hairs(broken hairs +full strands) , sometimes just 10-20 hair I loss, I wash my hair every 3-4 days (2 times in a week) and when i did shampoo on my fourth day hair wash I loss 100-150 hairs max or on my third day I loss 80-100 hairs max . Sometimes I loss around 30-50 hairs(broken hairs +full strands) , sometimes just 10-20 hair I loss, I wash my hair every 3-4 days (2 times in a week) and when i did shampoo on my fourth day hair wash I loss 100-150 hairs max or on my third day I loss 80-100 hairs max . I know it’s pretty normal , but my hair is became so thin and I have migraine , and when I see my thin hairs it’s make me more stressed 😑

For black hair, you can go for amla, reetha, shikakai hair masks
They'll make your hair color go back to black
Also, moisturization through oils and conditioners is also a must
For dandruff you should consult a doctor, for wavy hair you can go for arata's curl care line or true frog's curl haircare, you'll have to consult a doctor for hair thinning as well
(You can incorporate more proteins in your diet)
