Hi, im sooo glad you recorde this. I'm south African and Im in the U.S @ alot of american dont know the beauty of S.A. b/c on televisu=io they only show the poor side and the wild side of Africa. People ask me did I have clothes when I came, or do the have houses or mall or anything. And I tell them Its almost like the U.s in S.A. Thank you for posting this. I miss home its been 11yrs since I've away from hm. That was beautiful. lol...I'm soooo proud! :)
Its amazing, all the shopping malls ive been to, dubai, malaysia, australia, usa, china, europe... they are all the same inside. You almost forget where you are.

if u think this mall is beautiful, go to the east coast of SA in Durban. Biggest mall in Africa and there are just as many malls like this one in Joburg.
This is for people who are in cape Town : if you take that new road you go straight past tigers milk and there will be a show room with Lamborghinis! I went past there so many times. Isaw aventadors then gallardos now huracans! I must still go again and check if there are new ones now.
im am soooo jelous i rember woolworths growing up in ca and as a teen i miss it so bad now im here in mt we dont to many stores like ca. and the big cities do i miss my fav things
Im from the UK and we no longer have woolworths either. The store closed in 2008. I miss that shop along with many other shops that closed years ago too. The shopping mall is now practically empty with only pound shops and chairty shops and the odd small boutique and that's it. We have to travel further afield to get what we want. Its such a shame because it used to be a good little shopping mall.
