just built my first kyosho kit, optima 4x4. The quality of the kit vs a Tamiya is vastly better, the buggy is amazing however i would say the instructions werent bad but Tamiyas instructions and how they label the parts is better. I am definitely planning on buying more Kyosho.

Apparently your "legendary" Optima is not selling very well. Maybe because of the incredibly abusive price? And that's a shame because I love your products.
Kyosho? what a joke! cant even buy an idler gear for a modern RB6. why the hell would i risk buying a car i probably cant get parts for next year! no thanks!!!
I literally just bought a 26 tooth idler gear the other week. UMW513. Kyosho generally do production runs every so often. Most of the parts for RB5, RB6 and RB7 are still made, thanks to the Dirtmaster being released. Look around and you will find some.
@@David-Benjamin yeah I though about keeping it in the hope I would eventually find parts one day. But the buggy was raced hard for years before I got it and something broke every time I went to the track. Sold all my Tamiya and Kyosho. Hobao and XRay much better.

Quick and to the point, that's the way we like it, Kyosho rocks but there are some good Tamiya kits out there!

The shocks should be red like the original Pro's, seeing as they went to the trouble of having the same steering setup as the original Pro's.
The inconsistent application of thread lock across Kyosho kits drives my OCD a little crazy.
