Khau Kling Curry with ground pork

Khua kling (คั่วกลิ้ง) is one of the pillars of southern Thai cuisine, a dish that you’ll find throughout the south of Thailand, and in every restaurant serving southern Thai food within Thailand.
Ingredients
• 1lb Ground pork
• 1-2 Tbsp Khau Kling curry paste
• 1 Tbsp fish sauce
• 6-8 Kaffir lime leaves
• 1 red Fresno chili pepper
• 1-2 Tbsp oil
