The Best Authentic Panang Chicken !!

This is the best Thai Panang Chicken Ever!! Its quick and easy to make. Not to mention , I only use a few ingredients for this recipe. Hope you give it a try and let me know in a comment how it turns out!!
Ingredients
3 Chicken thighs
1 Red fresno pepper
1 can 300-400 ml Coconut milk ( Thai Brand )
2 Tbsp Panang Curry paste ( Thai brand ), Puntai brand is my favorite.
10 Kaffir lime leaves
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
